A place that wants actually wants to serve and keep customers! I wanted Varilux and had frames in mind that I wanted. I must have went to 10 other places and the service varied from having a small selection of frames and no desire to accommodate me, to being entirely ignored, to being treated hostilely from having the nerve of interrupting them to having no knowledge of the lenses (we do what the lab does and thats all we do). These guys understood my lenses requirements, understood the difference in the lenses types and indexes, to actually ordering 4 pairs of frames to ensure I would get the exact type of frame that I wanted. They understood than when you wear them all day, you deserve to get what you like! Only took 4 days to get them fabricated too! They have a ton of frames and if you have something in mind they dont have in stock, they will whip out a tablet and help you pick from what they can order. The best customer service!
