My family has been going to Arrow Vision Center for many years now. The entire staff is always friendly and do a wonderful job of explaining all charges in detail and help you to understand what your specific insurance covers. Most important is the eye tests that they give you, result in a very accurate prescription. Dr Bettelheim explains in detail the health of your eyes and also takes the time to explain your prescription & any future eye care you may need. We will be going to Arrow Vision Ctr for years to come. Thanks guys!!!

Receive a reminder card in the mail about scheduling my next appointment & a reminder phone call the day before the appointment. Dr. Bettelheim is very professional, answers questions, explains testing results & recommended treatment/followup. I would highly recommend Arrow Vision Center to anyone looking for a new Optometrist.

I have learned a lot from him such as I had allergies. I didnt believe him at first, but he was right, haha. I have and will continue to recommend him as long as he stays true to his patients.

Excellent service from staff and DR. B. have easy visit each time that I have had an appointment. Makes a difference going to a OD in his office, verses Costco or Sams club OD . Might get a great price on glasses but you give up the personal attention you get at Dr. Bettelheims office. My prescription is what made the difference.

The center has a great selection of frames and the person who helped us was knowledgeable. The glaases were promised on a certain date and they did not deliver. They are 2 weeks overdue. No one called to let us know of the delay. We have been in and called numerous times and each time its something new. We want our glasses.

I would not recommend this office to anyone. They have the worst communication with their patients. Not to mention that every time i stepped in there, they always made me feel as though they were doing me a favor by treating me. . Forgetting the fact that I was paying them.. I would never visit this office in the future..

The staff and doctor are the best.. they helped with all my kids needs. The office staff every polite from the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out. The doctor(Dr.Bettelheim) was so kind to my kids and very honest. Enjoyed there office and I recommend anyone to them.
