I called there and requested that my records be ordered from another doctor I had been seeing, so they would have them, and I filled out their fax they sent me, authorizing my permission for them to get my records from my old doctor. I immediately filled out the form and faxed it back to them. Two days later, I called there to make an appointment. I gave them my insurance info, and That n asked how they would bill me, I told them my insurance information, and that I was past my deductible, and I confirmed their location, and I confirmed that the appointment was made. The girl gave me the date and the time for it. Then it turned out when I called them again 2 weeks later, that no one had even ever bothered to look at the form I filled out for them to get my other records, they claimed they never got it, even though my fax receipt shows they did, and they never even bothered to make the appointment they had given me. When I complained about it, the girl that answered the phone used the excuse that I "must have been dealing with a different doctors office," but all of my notes proved it was their office I have been dealing with, and I have a copy of the form that I faxed back to their office, which was on their letterhead, and I have the fax receipt showing it went through. Despite this fact, their office would not take no responsibility for the fact all of this happened. Then the girl said I could do all of this over all over again, but that they would not be able to get me in for at least another month. NO THANKS!!!!!!!!!!! I am really wondering how much money doctors lose from staff members that dont do their job, and that drop the ball and say to the patients, "Im sorry you feel that way." As if the problem is my feelings, instead of their lack of organization and following through.

Dr. Osman is gentle and thoughtful. His staff needs to step it up. I was given an appointment, then was told they werent open that day, then I had to reschedule it for the 2nd time because they made a mistake with the scheduling. I wasnt told that I could also have the same procedure at the Calabasas office and they have later hours. I also wasnt aware that I could sign up for random specials at the Calabasas location until after I had a procedure for which I spent full price. Mistakes were upsetting and costly.

Went in for a consultation last week to the new office in Calabasas. What a great location such a nice office, lots of light and very nice individual rooms. All of the friendly employees I spoke to love their new office. Of course I have to say how nice Dr. Osman is no matter where his office is.

I appreciate the e-mail, text and phone reminders of the appointment. There is always a warm greeting on arrival, the wait times are very short, and Doctor Osmans treatments are always done on the spot, so to speak.
