I went to their Sherman Oaks office some time ago and was pleased with my visit. However, I moved to a location two hours away, and came down with a bunch of skin problems. Lo and behold, I had an actual infestation of the desert recluse spider in my new home, confirmed by a local exterminator. I called the Dr. Lins office in Sherman Oaks and they would not let me speak to a doctor on the phone over this. Also, Im a biomedical engineer with a degree from Yale and I work in CAT scan design and manufacture. If their office is not going to let me talk to a doctor on the phone about definite desert recluses, I am not going to use them as a doctor! Recluse spider bites are one of the more serious dermatological conditions that can happen, but I guess the doctors at Dr. Lins office are too busy injecting botox and putting teens under the ultraviolet to discuss this matter on the phone when their office is now a two hour drive away!

Absolutely outstanding! I kept hearing about Dr. Lin being an amazing derm, but I didnt really get it until I saw him. He is super knowledgeable and so super extra sweet! The staff is amazing from start to finish and make you so comfortable. They are all so very attentive to a patient and their needs and they all spend the time to make good and sure that your needs are met. I finally found my permanent Dermatologist! Thank you Dr. Lin and Staff!!!

I went to Dr. Lins office because of some spots on the top of my bald head. The Doctor was clearly knowledgeable and preformed the appropriate treatments and I left secure in the knowledge that I would be fine. The office staff was very professional and I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.
