I would recommend choosing another doctor. She is very personable, but her practice is to busy to service the needs of her patience. I have been treated for the same issue 6 times, unsuccessfully , when I called to schedule an appointment they referred me to her partner who isnt as busy. I got lucky enough to get a cancelation, than I waited an hour and she said she was too busy to treat it and referred me someone else (and charged me of course). I congratulate her on such a successful practice, that the needs of her patience can be secondary to her part-time schedule. Not happy :-(

Dr. Gaminchi performed 2 biopsies for me with great ease. She informed me afterwards that she will have her lab perform a tissue exam to make sure the tissue was normal. Never was I informed that this lab/tissue exam would come at an additional cost over and above what was stated to me originally, (an additional bill for over $350). Imagine my surprise in the mail. After I contacted Dr. Gaminchi, they did acknowledge a mistake... but somehow I still got stuck with an additional partial bill and Im yet to receive the results of my tissue exam. Not a happy customer.

Friendly staff, beautiful office w mellow atmosphere. Ive had my MELASMA totally under control thanks to Dr. Gaminchi, her friendly PAs, and tech girls. Never a wait. If I show up on time, I maybe wait 5 min for my name to be called. Began going there about 5 years ago. They have given me Botox for my forehead and it always looks amazing. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because some cosmetic things like Botox cost a little more here. Overall its worth it, since I know it always turns out amazing. I got what I paid for so its all good

I am a "frequent-flyer" at West Hills Dermatology, having appts every 3-6 months. Each and every experience has been great. Not only are the clinicians extremely skilled, they are compassionate and understanding. The support staff is great as well. My clinician is Kerry Schlosser, PA-C. From biopsies to cryotherapy, she is simply the best. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I highly recommend this practice.
