This place is running a huge scam. The first visit is literally just to get them paid by the insurance company. After waiting in a small, dingy unconditioned room for 20 minutes a woman and a man step into the room and ask me my name, dob and to describe my problems. I had barely started to describe my issues (literally half a sentence) when I was told that they were not authorized to perform any procedures (a blatant lie as I contacted Anthem BC directly, they authorized treatment) and I would need to come back in 5 weeks. That is a blatant insurance scam as the procedure could be done that day within 5 minutes, anthem clearly gave approval and that nurse was a flat out liar. Ive contacted anthem and alerted them to the scam...they were QUITE interested.

J really like him, he is knowledgeable and good doctor. He described all the procedures to me patiently but his office is always full of people and I have to wait between 45-1:30 min each time
