This place is driving me crazy!! Only came here bc I work in area and I live in Orange County so it is hard to see a doctor local to my house. In a nutshell I had my visit 3 weeks ago and I still have not received my prescription! I have asked multiple times for them to send it to my local pharmacy. First time they didnt, they did it through the mail order service they pitch but told me they sent it to CVS. I wait in line for 20 mins to get the prescription and nothing was called in. I call the office and they say they sent it to the mail order prescription company. My insurance didnt cover what they prescribed. I called ASI and asked for an alternative. They say we will get back to you in 48 hours. They never call me. 4 days later I get a call for the prescription mail service that it was given to them. Ok! I set up the delivery. Wait the 1-2 days. 5 days later they say my address is undeliverable. I call ASI to just have them send it to my pharmacy. This was 4 days ago and I go to pick it up today and NO nothing was called in for me. What is so difficult!? Needless to say I wont be bothering to go to them again for my check up. Unfortunate bc I liked the dr but the girls at the desk obviously dont have their act together.

I had my first appointment scheduled for first-thing Monday morning. They called me on Friday to tell me two hours before they close that the Dr. wont be able to see me. They inform me that my appointment will be with his nurse instead. Thats why I waited two weeks for my appointment--so I could see the doctor. Then, they place me on hold and come back to inform me that the doctor can "step in" and calibrate the instrument. I say, "no." They place me on hold again. Then, they offer me 20% off if I will see the nurse. I say, "no." I tell them I want a refund and they tell me that they do not have my credit card on file, despite the fact that they charged my card $145 two weeks ago so that I could MAKE the appointment! Totally unprofessional. I cancelled my appointment and will not return.

i used to go to Michael Sabat, DO. loved him; dont know where he is now but wish i could be treated by him. He saved my skin from bad acne. G-d bless Michael Sabat. Anyways love the place; prices are right and very hospitable atmosphere. I usually come for cosmetic procedures like extractions, liquid nitrogen and chemical peel. highly recommended. I have been with Mid Valley Dermatology.... since 2008

Everyone here is so sympathetic and caring. All of the staff always remembers not only my name but also my daughters name even though she has never been there. And of course, more importantly, they are very knowledgeable. Every time I have been seen, Dr. Jackie knows exactly whats going on. They are all very comforting and I would NEVER go anywhere else!
