Was in their office for the first time on May 25, 2016 with my two granddaughters 10 & 4. Seemed pleased when I first entered. Was happy with the new prescription I was getting. Went to sit down to discuss figures and paid for my glasses. If I had not needed this new prescription so badly, I should have got my money back and left. Here is why: Dr.: Are those two sisters? Me: Yes Dr: Why is one dark and one light? Me: Excuse me????????? Dr: Do they have the same parents? Me: What? Dr: (Asking my grand daughters) Who does your mom like best, you or your sister. Me: Their parents love them equally!! Dr: (Asking my granddaughters) Who do you like better, mommy or daddy. (After my grand daughters look at me like, why is he asking stupid questions) Me: Their parents love them equally. Im sure youre thinking, "Why are you still talking to this ignorant fool?" So am I, but the final straw was; (after he asked my granddaughter about her mom purchasing glasses for her, this was his statement) Dr: So will you tell your mom to come here? Granddaughter: No we went to a different place Dr: Why, she has Medi-cal? Me: Excuse me, but we have excellent insurance!! Which is why we are here. I leave. I go back and let them know how offensive his comments and questions were, how disrespectful they are, and I will not be returning and I will tell everyone I know.

Nice selection of frames but otherwise very unhappy with service.... They gave me a set of trial contact lenses to try nd they did not work so I went back to let them know nd they were not happy nd said they would change prescription but did not have any sample but I could order new prescription??? I told them I was not comfortable ordering without trying first??? So I asked for prescription nd went to order at SAMs club. Bad customer service after they got my money!!! Will never go back!!!
