The office is too small. They dont fit you for the glasses they just give them to you. Pay the deductible and be done. Bye. The staff is nice only on the first visit after that they treat you like if they dont care. The doctor is okay, she seems to ignore the outside of the office. Once I went in and she was behind the counter and did not even greeted me. They push you to buy their contact lenses, which are more expensive of course. Their selection is very limited. They dont offer discounts like others do. THE ONLY THING THAT COUNTS IS MONEY. ONCE THEY GOT YOUR MONEY, THEY ARE DONE WITH YOU. I really did not like the service. I will not be going back. I had better service at my other optometrist. Thank you

Ive been going to Dr. Vo for 5+ years now. The main receptionist is always friendly, and Dr. Vo takes her time and has a great memory for personal details. If I ever had a problem with my Rx or glasses, she says just to bring them in. Ive never felt pushed to get contacts or glasses, and when Ive wanted to get cheap glasses at Sears or Costco, she has no problem writing or calling in my Rx. Shes been the best optometrist Ive been to in my area (Ive tried out a couple) and well be going to her office for as long as were here!

Horrible experience! Mistreated my mother. Gave me attitude. Saying stuff under their breath. Staff only care about money. They asked for money before I ever said I was satisfied with the results. Thumbs down. Dont go here! Ive had better service at a walmart with grumpy old people! I would give this at 1/10 1 being the lowest. There are other people who care for their job but these ladies dont give a hoot if you crash into a car due to their horrible judgement

Made a same day appointment for my six year old son. They were very friendly and helped me with every question I had. My son suffers from astigmatism on both eyes, that I didnt know he had. Dr. Vo was really helpful and took her time with both me and my son to explain future treatment. Looking forward to working with her and the staff.

Dont go here. I have not gone in person, I only called to ask some questions about their prices. The lady that answered had attitude and would answer the questions in a rude way. She seemed frustrated after the second question. I am for sure not going there. Prices were too high.

This place is awesome. I thought the girls in the front office part were very nice and helpful. They knew what they were doing and were very informative. The prices were also very reasonable. I recommend this optometrist 100%.
