Friendly and they really work well with our insurance (vsp). Also after going for our 3 year olds first routine eye exam they found out he had an astigmatism and got him the correct prescription. We had no idea he was seeing blurry up close!

I hate going to optometrist. Dr. Bartell explained everything he was doing in detail and made me feel comfortable considering my disdain. Dr. Bartell is professional, kind and informative. He knows his job superbly.
