Went to sunrise optometry to check out new eye wear that I am currently in need of. I was surprised how small the location is but everything looked organized. What I didnt like was the lack of customer service skills these owners have. As soon as I walked in, I wasnt greeted like any other store, "what do you want?" was the first thing that came out of this woman. Not thinking anything of it, I proceeded by explaining to her that I was seeking new glasses, the first thing this woman told me was "Do you have insurance?" I thought that was a bit unnecessary as if all she was worried about was seeing if one could pay and then she would help me out only after knowing if i could pay for new frames. she told me to just look and pick one I like. I picked a frame. She went to her mini desk and started calculating the pricing. This is what really ticked me off, when I was at the desk and she was doing her calculations, she said "ARE YOU GOING TO GET THEM, IF NOT I DONT WANT TO WASTE MY TIME" extremely rude I would say. I really dont recommend this place if you guys want a customer friendly experience buying new eye wear. Stay away from this place if possible.

Ive been a pt here for a couple years and doctor tsu and the lady at the front desk have always been great. They even replaced an expensive pair of glasses for me with no warantee. Thanks you! =)
