I purchased glasses there one year ago and paid over $600 including frames. Several months after that the lenses starting looking scratchy due to the messy work that was done. I bought an extended warranty at the time of purchase, but shortly afterward I moved out of state for a year. When I returned I went back to see if my extended warranty was still in affect and was told by the manager that it had expired a month earlier. How convenient. The new staff was so unprofessional and offered no solution to the problem except to purchase a new pair of glasses. The frames were fine just needed the lenses replaced. I will never go there again..

Always takes a long time, can never get a walk in appointment, you have to wait a week or two to be seen, took over 2 months to get a replacement frame under warranty , asked to be seen when my frames finally came in. nobody in the lobby but two people and the girl said oh were over booked , She had the I dont care attitude told her I May go somewhere else she didnt care, so I will go somewhere else, also I agree with the other negative reviews way overpriced and even with the insurance they charge a lot .. If they dont care more about the customers they just keep losing service..

Horrible service and very High price even with insurance. They had to order my glasses 3 times, every time I went in to get my glasses the rx was wrong and I could not see out of them. I will never do business with this business again.

Great new staff & new owner. Frame selection is much better now and Oakley sunglasses too. Doctors are very knowledgeable and take their time explaining all of my concerns. Highly recommend them.
