I bought a pair of Oakley Glasses in late Feb 09, Paid around $500 and the left lens coating has been peeling very badly the right lens is fine. I showed up and they did not have a replacement on hand, they had to order it and made me an appointment a week later. I phoned them on the way in due to running late and they were totally non accommodating even though I was 3/4 of the way there and would probably be 10 minutes late? I guess I shouldnt have moved so far away since my original purchase. I planned on spending more money in the next few months for my Wifes replacements and contacts for the both of us plus future spending but I told them keep their lens and lose a customer... Im sorry but I dont have time to play charades... They claim same day service (only if your purchasing, once they have your money is another story). I was also told I could waste another day trying to make it out there or I could still yet drop them off and possibly they might be finished way later in the night (possibly). I guess a person doesnt need to see at all, how do you solve that one... I just walk around blind for a few hours (possibly)?... Ill spend my money locally and have same day service, thanks...

I was in need of some new specs, when I came across this store by mention of an employee in the Oakley store at Victoria Gardens. I was looking to purchase Oakley frames for my prescription glasses due to their comfortability and Ive been pleased ever since. At this store, youll receive top-notch service and excellent product. Why four stars? I did have a problem with my main pair of prescription glasses. I had ordered all the bells and whistles, including the non-scratch surface, but for some reason, it wasnt on my lenses so I had to take my glasses in for repair. They were under warranty so they were repaired for free, so that was good. Im not sure who to blame. I confirmed the original order had non-scratch lenses on it, so Im assuming it was a mistake at the Oakley factory, where the prescription lenses are made for most of their frames, but it was still a bit of a disappointment. Thank goodness I still had my old pair of Ray Bans!

bought a pair of Oakley had my prescription with a bifocal they told it would be no problem 4 plus weeks later got them couldnt see with that prescription redid my eye test and changed my prescription now they tell me that they cant put bifocal in the glasses that I have but they can turn them upside down and that would fit and of coarse there is a 40.00 charge for that they redid them 3 plus weeks later get them back and they are worse than the first time. so bottom line is between my insurance and out of pocket expense around 450.00 i have glasses that i cant use and they wont do anything else to help told me i could start all over as long as i paid for it again i wont be returning you shouldnt either good luck i would give less than one star but wont let me post with out one

From my experience this place is absolutely wonderful. First of all the convenience of Sunday appointments is absolutely phenomenal. Next, every time I arrive, I go right to the back for my appointment, I rarely have to wait more than 3 minutes. The staff at the front desk that greets you and gets you checked in are all very kind. Both optometrist that I have seen at this office have been very thorough and extensive in their examinations. Ive been wearing contact lenses and glasses for over twenty years, and this is the best facility I have ever been to. Keep up the great work

This optometrist has been seeing my son for over 4 years now. When my son was little we noticed his eye was drifting. So I took him into the optometrist and they eased our concerns. Turns out he just needed glasses as he was straining to see better. They are very knowledgeable and patient. They have helped us with several pairs of broken glasses and we never have to worry about if they can fix it. If they cant fix it they will help us with the warranty process. This place ROCKS!

I found this office through my Insurance carrier since I lived in Rancho. I moved to Riverside and I continue to drive to this location due to the customer service. I sometimes have 5 questions over 3 days on 1 pair of glasses and each member has been way cool and patient with my sometimes goofy questions. Wide selection. Clean office. Knowlegeable crew. CLEARVIEW Opt is being recommended by me to all my co-workers.
