The staff was very friendly. I was initially sticker-shocked by the prices, but when I did an internet search on the exact same designer frames and premium transitional lenses, the difference was less than five percent. But Lenscrafters had the added benefit of providing in-store measurement of my eye positioning for optimal lens crafting - well worth the difference. Plus, after I brought my new glasses home I noticed a tiny scratch on one of the lenses. They built me a new lenses while I waited without question, remaining friendly the entire time. They seemed genuinely concerned that I was completely satisfied before I left. And I was. Highly recommended.

Liked the staff onsite, they are very helpful. However, I lost my receipt and called to ask if they could email a copy to me for my insurance provider. The sales girl on the phone said that their internet is down so I would have to come to their store. Its sad that once their sales pitch is over they are also done with customer satisfaction, she did not offer to send it once their system was up and running. Sad store customer telephone service.

The doctor was great, which is why I am giving them a two and not a one. The entire floor staff was unprofessional and a bit rude. They ignored customers and acted like they were "chillin with friends, at home" rather than at work. They also did not upload any prescription and order history information, which means my online lenscrafter account is useless. I will not be going back to this store.

Service was ok while I was there. But after I paid and left the nightmare began. My glasses that were supposed to take 10 days tops ended up taking almost a month! And to make things better no one EVER called me to let me know what was the status of my glasses without me having to call first. Horrible customer service. Avoid this place.

Very rude...no phone customer service whatsoever. Called, and the girl who answered the phone ASKED me if I wanted to schedule an eye exam...said yes and she left me on hold for like 20 minutes!!! Ended up scheduling an appt. at the Irvine location instead!

Very helpful staff, lots of reasonably priced selections. Staff was kind enough to let me know I could get a free eye spray if I checked in, and another employee was skilled enough to estimate the millimeters between my pupils.
