I have been seeing Dr. Melinda Wells for nearly four years now, and I am always very satisfied with the service they provide for myself and my family. They have a very friendly staff who are accommodating on various requests or questions. Dr. Wells herself is a very friendly person who not only diagnoses you, but also converses with you during your exams. Overall, I am very satisfied with their services. The only gripe I would have - and its nitpicky mind you - would be the size of their office seems rather cramped. Other than that however, excellent place, excellent doctor.

Found them on Google search, went in to have them fix a pair of broken eye glasses. They were able to get me in that day to also update my perscription. I was extremely happy with Melinda, the Dr. and she was very helpful and explained all the testing. I left with my updated perscription as well as a pair of Rayban sunglasses I saw and loved. All of the staff was very nice and helpful. I would refer them to anyone in need of a good eye Dr.

About 4 years ago I went to her see because I was having flashing in my eyes. She said it was probably nothing or migraine headaches. I said to her this is not normal. A few months later I started to lose the vision in my left eye. As it turns out after a trip to the emergency room and surgery was told it was hereditary detached retina. Thank goodness I found a great Doctor who knew what he was doing and saved my sight..

Charges up front and does not collect from insurance and follow up monetory matters with the customer. Does not send in the test results or reports to the physician who had referred the clients to her. Does not help clients with the physicians or insurances authorize. Rudely left me in the middle of the session and rescheduled me because she did wanted to go on personal erronds.

Our whole family has been going to Dr Wells for some 20+ years. Melinda and her staff are so friendly and Melinda is so thorough and wonderful with her exams. We look forward to her appointments so we can catch up on whats been going on throughout the year. The office is like family there. Very Good Optometry office, I would definitely recommend!
