After $550 and three trips in to this place, each lasting more than an hour, both my glasses came back done wrong. I agree with the last reviewer, they try to upsell you. Imagine that I was charged $60 for TRYING ON contacts. How else would one know what to wear without trying them on? I checked around and was told this was outrageous. I have great insurance and this place had the nerve to send me another bill for $10.00 after overcharging me for everything else. After sending a message to the "Dr" of how displeased I was and that we wouldnt be coming back, she sent me a CERTIFIED letter telling me and I quote "Good luck finding someone that will try on contacts for free, I will no longer service your family." Imagine the unprofessionalism of that. Dont go here, theres a great real eye doctor in Ladera Ranch and others in Rancho that fully surpass this one without the headache and over paying for nothing. I wouldnt go back if it was free.

Just so everyone knows... not much has changed. Please dont come here and support a business that tries to steal from its neighborhood. This place tries to up sell you all the expensive "technology". Ive been waiting for over 2 weeks for my frames, and they didnt take all the measurements when I was there. So now im stuck waiting even longer for a job that my partner did a costco and got it done in less than a week. I got attitude when asked about the alternatives to the "top of the line" technology, and when I told them id be back to pay because they dont take American Express I was looked at like a crazy person and got more attitude.

By far the most advanced optometrist office I have ever been to. I live out of town and needed new glasses and eye exam. The machines that are used here as well as the Awesome staff put me at ease and even let me know a lot about my health. They were even able to use a machine to scan the lenses I had to tell me what my previous prescription was. They also were able to tell that I did not have diabetes somehow through the exam which was a worry of mine. Really good selection of glasses and reasonable wait time. Keep up the good work

The staff and whole thing is really nice. You do have to wait a little while even if you have an appointment sometimes but overall its a great place. They have awesome frames to choose from but do run a bit expensive since most are high end. They accept most insurances, and overall I really like this eye doctor. Shes nice. :)

My family and I have been going to Dr. Anderson since we moved here ten years ago. We have not had any problems with the staff or the products. I would recommend Dr. Anderson to other people.

Close to home , easy parking, all the most advanced equipment, very professional , very positive experience. Didnt even ruin my makeup like the tests of old ...

Not a very detailed eye exam and they were not very prompt...had to wait a while to be seen even though I had an appointment. Small selection of frames.
