SUPER easy to make eye exam appointment through the LensCrafters site. Dr. Chiu was friendly, made me feel comfortable by explaining everything in detail. They have all the newest equipment, so the eye exam is quick and accurate. My insurance covered all but I chose the optional "Optomap" that takes a photo inside the eye to detect for diseases instead of the usual dilation since it had been more than 10 years. I was able to view all as she explained what we were looking at. Very interesting but more thorough than the last few experiences I had had going through Costco Vision Dept. Her assistant, Ken did all the preliminary tests, he was pleasant and efficient. He was the one who assisted with ordering the new glasses, although I felt that the deal I got was not the best out there, but the selection of frames was much better than what Costco offers. I definitely recommend this office, Dr. and Staff made me feel like I was a valued patient and customer.
