My former dentist retired, and I was waaay overdue for an exam and cleaning. I was able to schedule an appointment that perfectly fit my schedule. The office is located close to home for me, but easily accessible to anyone in Orange County via the 55 fwy. When I checked in, the front desk was friendly and professional. I didnt have to wait at all and was led back to my hygienist. This office has state of the art technology! All x-rays were done and I could see them up on the computer screen immediately! The hygienist took me into the cleaning area and Dr. Lee came in; although the hygienist polished my teeth, Dr. Lee completed the cleaning with a high powered water jet. I wasnt used to this, I am used to the metal pick and scraping. The cleaning was so easy, done in a pretty short amount of time when compared to the old method. It was so much more comfortable! The high tech camera was able to take pictures of my teeth and the areas that were of concern... Dr. Lee was very thorough, and I felt I received an excellent exam and a great explanation of what my needs were and where my dental treatment is headed. I loved my visit so much, I will be sending my husband in.

while I was visiting my sister in California I started having a really terrible tooth ach. My sister told me she had a great dentist that could see me that same day to check my tooth. The super friendly professional staff collected my personal data and insurance in no time. I did not have to wait long in the waiting room. Not more than 5 minutes. It was probably less time than that! After looking at my tooth Dr. Bagai concluded that I had an abscess. Dr. Bagai is such a warm caring professional. She actually made my dentist trip pleasant (I do not like the dentist). My tooth was better in no time. Did not affect my trip or any of plans. I highly recommend this dentist.

The best dentist office I have ever visited, hands down. The high quality care has encouraged members of my family who have gone without dental care to come in to Dr. Bagais office and find a new value for dentistry. Dentistry has gone through a number of generations of technology in recent times and there are many, like me, who have the expectations from our past. Learning how to use dental technology in the 21st century is a challenge for many but Dr. Bagai has guided my family to the best dental health we have had. This is the best dental office in OC.

Dr. Bagai is so compassionate and patient, taking the time to explain the procedures and the outcomes to be expected. The office is always immaculate and everyone from the moent you walk I the door is so pleasant and welcoming. I never have had to wait for my appointment, and they have always accommodated my work schedule. And Meghan is a master at managing the insurance! Going to the dentist is never "fun". But Dr. Bagai and her team make everything as stress free as possible. I recommend them without qualification.

I hadnt been to the dentist in over ten years. I had a lot of pain and a lot of work I needed to get done. Dr. Bagai and Dr. Randall were awesome and they fixed everything that I needed to get fixed. They were kind and understanding and very friendly. They always Looked out for my best interest when it came to all the expenses. Staff also very friendly and sweet.

Smart smile charges a maximum price and performs the least amount of work. Explaining they will make up the difference on your next visit? Dr. Bagai chiseled, sanded, and placed a veneer on a perfectly good tooth. When the veneer fell off a few years later on a saturday she explained I would be charged overtime for meeting me on Saturday. Isnt this illegal?
