Wasted my time and money. Treated me like a drug addict. Merciless towards pain and suffering. A very old filling deteriorated to the point of a new cavity forming beneath it in one of my wisdom teeth. I went to Yolinda as it is the closest dentist to where I work as a live in nurse. After a very short visit and x-rays, the dentist Tsvetanka Doncheva, informed me I would need a root canal. She prescribed antibiotics and when I described the intense pain that had kept me awake at night and was giving me neck pain and a migraine. She eventually prescribed 2 days of Norco to last me until my appointment. Aside from failing to fill the prescription out correctly twice and causing me to have to make two unnecessary trips, the next day I was then informed that there wouldnt be a second prescription issued post operation. When I asked why not, it was explained that Tsvetanka Doncheva has had problems in the past with patients abusing the medications and that she doesnt "believe" in pain medication as though it were something intangible like a religion or ghosts or vampires. I strongly felt as though they were insinuating I would abuse the medicine. Then she cancelled my appointment and referred me to a specialist. I am now forced to use another clinic and the amount of time I have to wait for an appointment has tripled as a result of this clinics bizarre stance towards pre and post operation care. It is unreasonable to say the least. I will be forced to suffer and endure through the pain of this situation far longer than necessary. I wouldnt go back to this office again if they paid me.

This Dentist is by far the most caring, gentle, patient and skillful Dr I have ever been to! Not only does she have great office hours the Dr dropped everything and met one Sunday evening when I had a tooth emergency!!! I really wish all of my Doctors learned from her how to treat patients! Her wonderful staff go the extra mile for you. It has a Family atmosphere which I absolutely love! The Dr. is personally involved in all procedures from the simplest to the most complex constantly asking if youre comfortable and explaining everything along the way. Not only does she have great office hours the Dr dropped everything and met one Sunday evening when I had a tooth emergency!!!i really wish all of my Doctors learned from her how to treat patients! Her wonderful staff go the extra mile for you. It has a Family atmosphere which I absolutely love!

Tsvetanka Doncheva is by far the most amazing dentist I have been to. Not only is she very sweet she thoroughly explains to her patients what the procedure is and contstantly makes sure you are comfortable during procedure. She makes sure she does her job right and makes her patients happy by taking her time and really taking care of her patients. Her office and staff is very family friendly and you always feel welcomed. As someone who has had problems with dentists before Tsvetanka Doncheva is by far my favorite and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, caring, and professional dentist.

I came here for the first time today because I couldnt make it home to go to my regular dentist for my 6 month appointment and couldnt be happier with my experience. The staff was friendly and so kind from the second I walked in the door. Dr. Doncheva went the extra mile to polish my old filling to make it easier for my flossing. I would 10/10 recommend this office to anyone who needs a dentist in the Placentia/Yorba Linda area for just a one time check up or for your bi-yearly cleaning - The Yolinda Densitry Staff alone makes you want to come back.

Dr Doncheva and staff have been amazing! Dr. Doncheva does an excellent job at being thorough and detailed, she takes her time making sure she gets the job done right! She explains what she will be doing before she does it and always makes sure my kids are ok during procedures and that they are comfortable. We are very satisfied with the treatment we have gotten and will continue to come here in the future!
