Dr. Barton is very professional, gentle and friendly. I appreciate that he talks about what he is doing as he is doing it so I feel less anxious during the process. Im 52 years old and have only had 3 dentists, Dr. Barton is my third, the other two retired! I really appreciated how warm and welcoming all the staff are. I just started going to Dr. Barton after going to another dental office for a cleaning and filling two cavities. I did not like the other office all that much but they got the job done, but Id be reluctant to recommend them to anyone. Although Ive known about Dr. Barton for many years (hes been the dentist for several of my co-workers) Im very picky about my dentist and was reluctant to make a change. Im really glad I finally took a chance, Ill be a patient of Dr. Bartons for as long as he is working.

Dr. Barton was kind, explained everything before he worked on me. Showed me x-rays and what the problem was. He is also very thorough and meticulous in his work, and I will take a longer visit any day knowing the work is done correctly the first time. He also took me for a first time visit within a couple of days for a painful tooth that needed a root canal, and saved my tooth, that was very important to me! Thanks.

Not only is this man, and his staff, quite pleasant personally, he actually does the dreaded work in your mouth without beating you up. Even the residual pain of the Novocain shot was nominal, compared to other experiences. If you are in the market for a new dentist, this one is worth a look.
