My family has been going to Dr. Hancock for a couple of years now. He is a great dentist. We do foster care and he has never had a problem accepting our foster childrens dental coverage. It is always easy to schedule an appointment. He is honest about needed care, but not pushy if you are not interested or ready to take the extra step. I also appreciate getting to see the Dr. each time I visit.

We called for an appointment for my daughter with a horrible tooth ache and they instantly made room to see her and this was her first time here. The front staff is extremely wonderful and beyond informative and helpfull!! Dr. Hancock is very cordial and informative as well!! After a long journey of finding a reliable dentist we are finally done searching!!

Dr.was rude and did not take any time for my exam.Treated me like a rag doll.Then he put the wrong name on my referral.When I tried to call and straiten it out,he would not admit to his error.Instead he got very rude and started yelling at me.I would not trust him with any dental procedure.
