Best Dentistry Clinic Ever!! Dr. Edwards is a very thorough and patient dentist. He provides excellent customer service by making sure that his patients feel comfortable and well cared for. I recently came in due to my crown coming off while the clinic was closed while relocating. Tamaya, the front desk receptionist, is super friendly and very professional. She fielded my call and put me in touch with Dr. Edwards in a timely manner. Dr. Edwards took the time to contact me and give me options as to how I could proceed. I opted to come in the first day the clinic opened and Dr. Edwards and his staff took care of it right away! Ill admit, I was pretty nervous since I had a bad experience with another dentist on the same tooth. But, he patiently talked me through my PTSD, LOL, and handled it skillfully. On another occasion, I brought my two boys in to the new office for their 6 month check up. I mentioned a small flossing issue to Gail (my dental hygienist) so she had me hop in the chair and took a look. I didnt have an appointment, yet between her and Dr. Edwards, they happily took care of my issue. I really appreciate the extraordinary level of service provided Dr. Edwards and his staff!! Its a fantastic group of people that make you feel at home while skillfully handling our dental needs and concerns. They are also super with our 8 & 10 year old boys. They are a very caring staff that loves to joke around. They even have a super cool office that even has a free arcade game along with phenomenal views of Mt. Rainier from the balcony. Its totally not weird that we want to hang out at our dentists office!!

Very friendly staff. Really cool atmosphere and decor. Staff came up with a quick, cost-effective solution to my problem. My only negative experience was that they didnt help me get cleaned up very soon after getting impression-mix debris all over my face, including cheeks, jaw, and inside my nose. However, this was probably because they were a little disheveled. They had just moved into a new space and had only operated in it for less than a week. They were probably still getting used to where everything was located. It wasnt a big deal, but I wouldve rated them more highly if they wouldve helped me get cleaned up sooner. Overall, they are great!! And Im truly grateful they were able to help me to get a new hawley retainer so quickly!!

Ive always had a good experience at this dental office... I have been going there for probably 20+years. Even through the changes in ownership, we continue to go there because of the Great staff that continue to stay as well. However, with the recent changes in combining offices, it will be on a "well see" basis. If the staff We (my husband also goes there) have become comfortable, confident and safe with stays ... we will probably continue to stay as well. BUT, if my interaction with a new employee (Lauren) is any indication of how we will be treated in the future....we will be looking for a new dentist. She was Rude and condescending!

I really enjoyed my first visit to Deschutes River Dentistry. My first impression was on the phone, making the appointment. The person I spoke with was courteous and efficient. She was very nice. When I arrived, the of f ice was clean and inviting, and I was warmly greeted. I didnt wait long to be seen, and the dental assistant was very professional and nice. She explained my dental benefits and what I could expect. The dentist was friendly and thorough in his exam, and clearly explained the issue with my tooth, and his recommended treatment. I wont hesitate to recommend Deschutes River Dentistry to others.

Love these guys!! I had been battling dental issues for some time before making the decision to start the process of having things fixed! I started working with these guys/gals and we developed a plan on where to start. Deschutes River helped me step by step in restoring my smile. Who doesnt want a confident smile? They were there for me EVERY STEP of the way!! Within a few short months I had my confidence back!! My smile and teeth looked amazing!! Ive been to many dentists and this one is by far the best yet! Awesome and very kind staff!! Very nice atmosphere, and love the style they went with the new clinic! They make you feel comfortable and not so nervous, especially the massage chairs! Dr. Edwards is super cool! Which is great cause I had a not so pleasant experience with my last (very rude) dentist. Over all I highly recommend this place!

Dr Edwards was great, especially with the kids. The billing and how they charge blindly is the killer. I never had a visit that I didnt get a bill after for over $1000. Always under the assumption my dental would cover the work being done. Horrible billing process and not transparent at all. Avoid because of that.
