I came with my wife to Womens Health Department to Kaiser in Pleasanton. I visited couple of times. Its testing our patience everytime. Not at all happy. We have come before our appointment time around 4:15pm and when she was taken in 5 mins she has to wait in the room alone for more than 40+ mins for the doctor to come and talk to her and do checkup. This is not how it supposed to happen.

Waiting 45+ minutes to get in for an appointment isnt fun. I people who came way later than me got in way before I did. I understand they are busy, but so am I and my actual consultation lasted less than 10 minutes.

If you dont have an appointment, you are unwelcome, doesnt matter what condition you have. Bunch of mechanical and process oriented staff. Hope for a better alternative service. This sucks.
