Doctor Posada is an excellent doctor, he provides the best care for you, and he will run tests, just to be sure that you do or dont have something. Depending on the situation, he will either wait to prescribe medicine or prescribe it to be safe. He will refer you to the right doctors, for whatever you need, the only problem with dr. Posadas office, is that he is so popular, that its hard to get through on the phones. That is because the receptionists rotate between answering the phones, and helping the patients thats at the counter( The office is not that big, but it is well worth going through all of that for the best doctor in the world). Dr. Posada genuinely cares about his patients I highly recommend dr. Posada to anyone who is, looking for the right doctor.

I dont know why doctors staff schedule so many people if they cant handle them, doctor is really good, the only bad thing is the waiting time, its horrible, whats the point to make appointment if you have to wair almost 2 hours to be seen. Hopefully doctor can look at this is starting making changes, our days are busy too to be waiting long time

I been trying to make an appointment over the phone I call 3 different times and they put me on hold.... the phone operator put you on hold automatically for about 20min I put the call on speaker and been waiting..... well guess what no answer still well maybe is not worth the time ill just look for another doctor...

It is very unprofessional to answer the phone and tell you, we be with you in a minute, but after hearing the stupid sound of the beeping phone for more than 20 min...you have to hang up... terrible customer service skills.!!!

Its ok. Took me for ever to see Dr. Posada. After I finally got to see him he was worth the wait! I just think they should warn about being here longer before you get here.
