Many of the better Drs have left the practice sadly. The ones that are left are very unprofessional and the whole place is very cliquey. For instance, if you have the sniffles or they feel you may, you will be required to wear a mask. But, the office workers are coughing and hacking blowing their noses and they never wear a mask. Why would this rule only be for the patients? If one person doesnt like you, ie...Karen, now the office manager...she will ensure that your visit there is difficult and will do her best to be passive aggressive in her bullying behavior. It is a good place to be "from"... If you can possibly go anywhere else, please do so. They only have their way of treating and if you dont like it or dont agree, they wont help you.

My young daughter needs a hearing test done so the Dr. Ellsworth wrote a referral for "their" business partner to get our business to have this done. We called and that office said they do not take my insurance. So I called my insurance company and they found me another place. I asked Evergreen health to fax the referral to the other place (that they do not have ties with) and they will not do it. They said we can only refer you to our liking basically. This has been going on now for 3 days. My whole family is now absolutely done with place. No more money from us.

Do not go here! The receptionists are the "Gossip Girls" that apparently never left high school. Extremely unprofessional group of people there now. I will never return here and will do my best to make sure others do not make the mistake of going to this practice. Learn to be professional ladies or find a different place of employment!
