Worst visit I have ever had at a planned parenthood. The receptionists were great and the techs were the worst part of the experience. I was the asked the same questions by 3 different techs and no communication between the techs and the doctor on site. Waited in a room for 25 mins with out telling me how long the wait time would be. I asked why the wait was so long and a tech said that they were busy and it was Friday(stop the excuses) even though I had an appointment. Nobody seemed to care about providing a good experience. Be prepared to wait for longer than an hour to be seen if you have an appointment, but looks like walk -Ins are higher priority!!! I wont be returning to this location!

Ive been to this facility twice within the last 3 months and have had very pleasant experiences both times. I got seen by the same dr twice and she was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable during my Pap smear, it wasnt awkward at all. I was seen very quickly, with an appt, both times. Didnt have to wait more than 15 minutes.
