I unfortunately had to bring my 10 month old son in on the morning of July 4th due to a high temperature. Check in was made super easy and we were brought to a room almost immediately. Dr Taylor and her nurse were fantastic. Dr Taylor listened to my concerns and was super attentive and thorough in her exam. She even gave me a hug because I was such a mess :). So appreciative to have this care in my backyard.

Love this place!! The receptionist checking me was so sweet making me feel welcome the second I walked through the door. Switching to a new health care provider was a breeze working with Valley Medical. My new doctor Dr. Von Krueger is a wonderful listener, who made me feel at ease & comfortable sharing any health issues/questions that I had. I highly recommend this place! 5 stars!!

Ive been to the Maple Valley location on three different occasions. Each time, we were assisted immediately and the wait time was less then 10 minutes each time. The doctors spend a lot of time answering questions and I never feel rushed when Im speaking with any of the doctors or check in services. This facility is top notch. Welcome to Maple Valley!

Im sure the doctors are lovely here and provide great care. I just wasnt able to experience their services. Instead I spent 40 minutes on hold trying to schedule an appointment and find out the wait time. After that, I gave up and went to Multicare Covington, which has an online waitlist, to reduce your time waiting at the clinic.

Wow what a great experience!!!! I had called ahead and made an apt but showed up early! They got me in right away. The front desk girl really nice, the nurses really kind and gentle, the doctor great was good at his job good bed side manner and great diagnosis - although it was just a broken finger
