I went to this establishment with my daughter on a recommendation from someone I trust to have allergy tests done for both of us. I have never been more disappointed with services rendered. I paid my bill IN FULL upon leaving their office, only to NOT receive my allergy tests for 3 months. I received no phone calls to update me on the status of our tests, but they certainly didnt hesitate to inform me that they were charging me an additional $550 because the doctor that saw my daughter and I was evidently working "out of network" at the time of our appointments and left to work for another office supposedly unbeknownst to them, which isnt my fault. Somehow, it is my responsibility to pay MORE money to these people? Im still not understanding how I am responsible for their insurance coverage miscommunication with their employees!!! I tried to speak with their office staff regarding this bill and was met with rude and combative staff who simply stated, "Well, we have to pay our doctors so your bill is due!" What a horrible experience, dont waste your time. Use your medical insurance and seek out an MD for your needs, these people are quacks that offer no help for your ailments.

When I called to simply ask a few questions about a voice mail I received regarding a co pay for a appointment I had about a year ago and was just now mentioned but anyways the woman on the phone was extremely rude,short with me and extremely careless with her bitter attitude I was so disappointed I wont be going back there and I dont recommend it and if u go dont ask any questions, sultan is a small community to small to be so bitter at your business word travels fast about poor service

I have been seeing Dr. Brandy for over 2 years now, and really appreciate the holistic way she approaches my health, and helping me learn how to stay well. She also will give me conventional medicine if that is what I need. She takes my input on my health, never seems rushed, and usually spends 20-30 minutes with me each visit (vs. the 2-5 minutes with a conventional doctor).

I like Brandy and over time I did work for her as well as seen her for my medical needs. But after being build for something back in 2013 and being treated terrible by her back office, I would not recommend her anymore. Got sent to collection even though I tried to dispute the charge with them. No heart left at this office. Its a shame.
