Had an appointment at 3:40PM, arrived on time, it wasnt crowded, and didnt get called in until 4:40PM. Seriously whats the point of an appointment? I used to go to the ones in San Jose on Alum Rock or Alameda and they work in a timedly manner and I always get called in on time unless theyre super busy. Also, they have more appointments available immediately if you want to do a IUC/IUD insertion. For this location, I wanted to make an appointment for IUC, but the next available appointments werent until another 2-3 weeks.
