Do not even think about using this place! Took my girlfriend there for an acute kidney stone attack and everything about the experience was deplorable. The front desk clerk was callous, abrupt and pretended to not even notice my girlfriend was literally on the floor in extreme pain until I demanded some assistance. Then, they told me there were other "appointments" ahead of us and wed have to pay their $160.00 fee before they could get us in... Then, after paying, suddenly they had an exam room open. In the room less than 2 minutes and some practitioner poked his head in, said "where does it hurt" and then told us they couldnt do anything for us. My girlfriend was never treated, they never even took vitals, just turned her around and showed her the door and said go to the Emergency Department. Before leaving, I told them the level of care was totally sub-standard and that charging us $160.00 for doing absolutely nothing was unacceptable. We went back a week later to talk to the Office Manager in person but was told they were unavailable and were promised a call back by 10am the following day... That was three days ago and still nothing. This organization is completely driven on making money at any cost and will lie to your face just to get you to go away. Charging us and then not providing treatment constitutes fraud and breech of contract. Save yourself a headache and go to Snoqualmie Valley Hospital ER instead. THAT experience was outstanding!

I have been going to this clinic off and on for over 10 years. My children have also been seen there. To me Dr Steele is one of the very best doctors I have ever had for my children and myself. He is very nice very informative and outstanding with my children. We have always recived nothing less then the best of care from everyone who works there. Also I had a terrible bone infection in 2 of my fingers on my right hand not only did Dr Steele find the problem but promptly removed the nail which ended up saving my fingers literally. Then he referred me to a great doctor to continue the care of my bone infection. I can never say thank you enough for what he has done for my family and me. So I give this clinic a 5 star rating for the very best service over many years...

Yesterday I had such a bad experience with my bleeding hand. The old lady at reception is just pathetic! She is super slow to enter my insurance information and I had to wait more than 20 minutes with my hand bleeding due to sever cut of my to fingers. That stupid women was jocking with other client and I dont understand how can someone be that insensitive after seeing someone is bleeding badly. After taking care of my hand when I went to QFC to collect my medicine and found she put my information wrong! I dont blame doctors there they are very good. But the receptionist lady with gray hair in 1 pm shift should not be in that job. She is horrible.

My experience here seems to have differed from everyone elses. I went in with a fairly severe allergic reaction to an over-the-counter med. They were quick and thorough. I thought the doctor and the PAs bedside manner was excellent, as was their follow-through. (They called the following day to check in with me)/ They wrote me a couple prescriptions, which they faxed to my pharmacy. No issues at all with that either. And the real topper is that they correctly diagnosed the cause of the reaction, so I was able to take steps to avoid a recurrence.

Weve been using Meadowbrook Urgent care for years as our primary care facility and have had nothing but good results with them. Weve taken our son their on numerous occasions and weve always been pleased with the treatment that we received there. Dr. Steele is one of the best doctors that Ive had as a primary care doctor, as a former member of the USN, Ive had a lot of doctors to compare him to. I would not hesitate to recommend Meadowbrook Urgent care to family or friends.

Very slow, the ER would have been faster. Nurse was very unprofessional. Kept referring to my 14 year old as sweetie, baby, honey etc. Had me administer the meds to numb him before stitches....maybe I should get a discount for doing her job. Doctor very rough with his bedside manner. Doc was train someone and she asked if she could do a couple stitches....as if I want my kid to be a guinea pig. I wasnt aware this was a learning center. Not impressed!

without insurance it will cost you over 300.00! not happy with these people. was in pain the whole hour i was in the waiting room! No one was in front of me! called to ask for a stronger script and they said they had to see me again. I have never been treated by a heath clinic this bad in the past! i dont recamend them! GOTO the ER if you need to see a doc!

This place can not correctly write prescriptions, return phone calls or keep appointment times. I have had nothing but unsatisfactory care from this place. The office staff is unprofessional and I regret the time I wasted trying to give them a chance over the past 4 months. My dogs and cats get better treatment from their veterinarians.

We also have had positive experiences here, took my daughter in for a fever and the doc was great with her, then came in a few months after for a sinus infection (me). We didnt have to wait too long the first time but the second time we came as a walk-in and had a bit of a wait. Overall pretty good experience for us...
