In my opinion we were treated VERY unprofessionally by this clinic and Dr. Owen Lum in particular. My wife has a MEDICAL CONDITION and DISABILITY which they went out of their way to treat as something within her control. It was not and is not. We were ejected from the clinic with ZERO understanding or compassion, and were in fact treated like criminals when we did nothing wrong. We had gone to the clinic for TREATMENT of the aforementioned MEDICAL CONDITION AND DISABILITY, and in my opinion they were horrible to us. Some thug from their office even followed us out to the parking lot to make sure we didnt damage anything. We damaged nothing, did nothing wrong and they acted like complete (fill in the blank). It was WRONG and if they get this message deleted that will be WRONG also.

Even though this is a community clinic the quality of care is a hundred times better than private offices. It is clean, they take care of their patients. The doctors and the assistants make you feel at home. This is a great place for low income families and people without dental insurance. Dr. Chanti maddiredi and Dr. Nadela are the best doctors there.

The staff at IHC is pleasant, friendly, and very supportive. When my daughter was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder, they were very helpful. My daughter’s anxiety is now under control and we are so thankful to IHC for restoring her with a normal life once again.
