Wendy has wonderful bedside manner and is thorough in her examinations, but the follow through of the administrative staff and understanding of the demands of digital insurance documentation has made it impossible for me to continue coming to this office. Pharmacy orders dont always get filed properly. When you call to get it corrected, you get sent to someones voicemail - a someone who NEVER calls back about that missing prescription. Now -at this very moment- I am waiting indefinitely in person at Harris office because I have to get lab results that are urgent. Waiting in person because my calls are ignored / funneled to voicemail. Im done with this. To be fair, however, I have never had a long wait in their office. I have read several reviews complaining of long wait times. That has never been my experience and I have been here several times, even last-minute emergency visits. The doctor care here is top notch. Its the bureaucracy that is a nightmare. If you are with Sutter, definitely save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

My doctor is great and I always receive good care, but working with the front is a nightmare. They dont return calls or follow up even when theyve verbally committed to calling you back. Im completely shocked about how poorly I am treated as a patient by the front desk. I was having bad side effects to a medication and was asking for a word from the doctor about stopping or switching the meds and it took me 3 weeks to get a message from her MA. THREE WEEKS OF NEGATIVE AND PAINFUL SIDE EFFECTS that could have been reduced or stopped. Thats ridiculous. Additionally Ive called and requested faxes and other various things and they ignore it. It takes several attempts to get anything done. Ive enjoyed the care from my doctor but the front reception is hurting that practice. I do not recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Harris for over a year now. The 2 times I have been in so far were so-so. The wait time is horrible. Plan on being in the lobby for 1+ hours. Then in an actual patient room another 20 minutes until Dr. Harris shows up. He is extremely friendly, and has a warm grandfatherly feel to his personality. Today was the last straw for me. I had a 9:20 appointment. Truck wouldnt start. Called neighbor to take me, and called the Drs office to let them know I would be 15 minutes late. They explained that they have a 10 minute grace period, and after that it is up to the Dr. I asked if they could ask Dr. Harris if he would take me 5 minutes late after the Grace period. He said "No". Reschedule. So, Im done.. This place is a joke...

Dr. Ooi has my complete and total confidence with my medical care. He is so thorough and knowledgeable that I always leave my appointments feeling that I have been heard and all possible care will be given or sought. The day of my first appt with Dr. Ooi, it was so very impressed in the fact that he had gone through my previous medical files and was up to date on my medical matters. His assistant Cierra, is a delightful, professional and caring young woman.

Very bad. The wait was awful, he and his nurse were very short and rude. There was no bed side manner. I am a person who suffers from pancreatitis, and this, my first visit in, I was not allowed to explain. I was told "one complaint at time A. Diabetes, B. Pain, period." It was bizarre, considering the pancreatitis is DEFINITELY something a doctor should know when prescribing for disease such as diabetes. Buyer beware on this guy.

My doctors name is Bruce and hes awesome. Very knowledgeable and explains things well. Some ppl would say "well of course hes knowledgeable hes a doctor." But I have dealt with some dumb doctors and he isnt one of them. They only get 4 stars from me because the wait time is bad.Ive scheduled appointments 2 hours before I started work and barely made it to work on time. ( I work 5 mins away)

Usually same day appointments. Great Doctors and staff. Ive never had to wait longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room. The office staff is extremely efficient with attention to detail always. Ive been a Patient here for 7 plus years and have always had a positive experience. The Doctors always address every issue. I highly recommend this Practice

Dr. Ooi and his nurse/assistant are wonderful. I refer anyone that is looking for a new doctot to them. The only issue with the practice is the horrible, rude, and condescending woman that does the prescriptions, I am pretty sure she is Dr. Harris wife. I refuse to deal with her and she shouldnt be allowed to intetact with patients.

They listen. Dr. Harris is attentive, thorough and caring. He has a well trained and cordial staff. We always feel welcome there. He employs several PAs who represent him very well, when you need medical attention, but dont have a critical need. Ami is one of the PAs and really knows how to care for what may be ailing you.

Overall, the doctors are great and really listen to what you need. However, one of the receptionist (the blonde one) is extremely rude and has horrible bedside manner. She makes you feel like you are putting her out of her way. She never even smiles. Dissatisfied in their receptionists. Pleased with the rest of the staff.

We have been going here a long time and we have had excellent service whenever we come. We love the staff here and services they provide. I also like there is an x-ray machine on-site for those times we have needed it. I also like that everyone remembers us and all the family members.
