We just started going to this clinic. My husband saw Bruce Roe & really liked the treatment he received. Bruce seemed very thorough & considerate in his treatment of my hubby. So then I went in & found the waiting packed w/ppl w/No room to sit the first time I went. It also seemed to have a slight moldy/stuffy smell both times. The waiting room seemed to be in need of a good cleaning & possibly updating as I was having a hard time breathing. Wanting to give them a chance because of my husbands positive experience, I went in with a positive attitude when called; unfortunately, the room was filthy. There seemed to be a dry old spillage in few different areas on the floor. The table where patient sit had a disgusting spot on the step... seemed like a spillage after a womans exam :/ & the worst was when a fruit fly (what seemed to me) kept on flying in front of my face as tried to talk to Dr. Wei-Shatzels, who btw seemed to be in a hurry. It was the shortest visit Ive ever had w/a new doctor. My experience has been that during the first visit the doctors like to be thorough, as Bruce Roe was w/my husband, but I was out of the room in three-four min.... literally!!! Thats after having to wait for her for 15 min. in the room for her to show up... not to mention the 45 min. wait in the waiting room outside. The second visit was due to a referral to Dr. Chima. I waited half hr. to be invited to go in the room. Once there, I waited about 8-10 min. & he took his time as he tried to help me & as I continued to ask him questions. He made me feel as if I mattered to him. He was pleasant to talk to as was his demeanor. The room was similar to my previous experience except it was clean & NO flies :) Because of this experience, I will be giving Dr. Julie Wei-Shatzel one more chance; I believe were aLL allowed a second chance but if she seems to lack concern as previously, Ill be taking my family else where & her rooms need to be far more cleaner... I dont expect them to be brand new bUt keep clean what you have for the health & safety of others!!!

I have been a patient for 4 years and have a wonderful experiences here. Doctors and and all the staff has always been welcoming. They give me the best care and I feel so thankful for their service. It is family here, thank you for everything.

Always very pleasant and calming.I really trust the doctors at Rocklin Family Practice. They make me feel very comfortable, and their staff is very nice. Another plus is the very minimal wait time. I love it!

I am really surprised how the reception is so open to the waiting room. I can hear everything the receptionists are saying on the phone, to each other, and to the patients. This is incredibly unprofessional.

I like how we rarely have to wait when you have an appointment at Rocklins. The doctors are always on time with the appointments and take as much time as you need.
