Dr. Tepper is, in short, an extremely diligent problem solver and highly professional/compassionate. He listens very intently to you and makes you feel like you are the priority, which Ive found to be rare qualities in many modern doctors. My office visits have always been thorough and never hurried. You can tell that Dr. Tepper truly enjoys getting to the bottom of medical issues, and he doesnt stop until he does. I had some very strange symptoms that required a fair bit of research, and I was so impressed to see all the work that was put into diagnosing my symptoms in each followup visit. He is also very aware of the best specialists in the area (Allergist, Rheumatologist, and Knee Surgeon in my experience) and will provide referrals accordingly. I imagine that is the result of current activity in, and awareness of, the community. To sum up; if you want a doctor that will listen to you, stay current in the community, study recent medical advances, take an active role in getting to the bottom of your medical issues, and refer you to the best specialists (as appropriate), go see Dr. Tepper. I have been nothing but impressed.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Tepper for several years now. They service has seriously gone downhill lately. Since they arent accepting new patients, I guess they are fine with losing the ones they have. I recently gave birth and have been in a tremendous amount of sinus pain. So much so that Im taking double the maximum dosage of ibuprofen just so I can function (Im allergic to tylenol) and am currently doing damage to my kidneys. I called the doctor to ask for pain medication and referral to an ENT. The best they can tell me is to take over the counter Motrin at 800mg (1/2 of what Im currently taking) and refuse to provide the referral until they get additional documentation. On top of this, they are closed from tomorrow (Wednesday) through Monday, and they called me 10 minutes before they close for the day and left a voicemail with this information. Extremely unprofessional. They never bothered to ask how much ibuprofen I was currently taking. And they never bothered to talk to me directly to get this information. Instead they leave me in pain over Christmas weekend with a newborn and no help whatsoever. Nice.

Dr. Eric Tepper, MD, has been my doctor for 4 years. I am a two stroke "survivor" and due to his professional and caring manner when at my darkest time during my illness" Dr. Tepper was" and still is the light and guide that enables me to continue my recovery and heal. His encouragement and compassionate care has been the "medicine" that has gotten me through a very difficult time during and after both strokes. His office staff and MAs are absolutely the best! They are always smiling and attentive seeing to all of my necessary medical needs. They all are truly a team of angels that Dr. Tepper has working in his office! I highly recommend Dr. Eric Tepper, MD. Both he and his office staff including the MAs deserve far beyond 5 stars! Rhonda P. Sacramento, Ca.

Dr. Tepper is an excellent doctor who thoroughly explains everything so that you feel very comfortable with your plan. He is a great listener, and is very honest. Care can be a bit pricy, but you are also paying for excellent service and a great support staff. I enjoy the medical assistants and office staff that make their office stay alive. My only problem would be that it can sometimes be difficult to reach them by phone. Often it can take several tries, perhaps because they are busy. But once you are all set for an appointment, I have had no problems.

Dr. Tepper has been my primary care physician for nearly 7 years. I have always been happy with the care. The only caveat is that I havent actually been seen by Dr. Tepper in years, I am seen by a nurse practioner. Their care has been good but I feel as though have been relagated to a lesser class or a nameless patient. Admittedly, I am younger and my medical needs are minimal but even so, it is nice to feel that your doctor of 7 years actually knows you.

By far this is the most professional, courteous and knowledgable doctor I have ever visited in my 74 years. He is genuinely interested in what is happening in my life and has a board where patients can write things down they want to discuss. I cannot image having to find another doctor with whom I could be more pleased. Steve A. Worst Family Practice Ever! They dont handle anything promptly, and they are like chickens with their heads cut off when trying to get any information. If only I could change doctors in the middle of dealing with injuries from a car accident....I would. My first experiences were good, but once Eric expanded his practice to include a physicians assistant its been all down hill and he is never at the practice any more from my experience. Stay away

On two occasions this place has not followed through. Ive had to call them and remind them to call in prescriptions. They also forgot to have me a do a urine test before I left and then and I had to come back and do it before I could get my prescription. They have also not called in referrals like they said they would.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this office. They all seem like good people, I never wait long, and the doctor and physicians assistant are knowledgeable and care.
