I work for the Providence Hospital, and it cost us less to go to Providence clinics because of our useless crappy insurance. I have been in walking clinic total of 3 times for same reason. On first visit I was told that I am fine and there is nothing they can do. Same night I couldnt sleep beacuse of the excurisiading pain and I called the same doctor next morning. She saw me next day and gave me whole bunch of pain killers and said I ll be fine. Next week I have seen her again for a fallow up and she said I was fine. I ended up seeing another ENT doctor at same Clinic for the same fricking reason and he also couldnt found anything wrong with me. I told both doctors that I had a crown placed on my tooth a few months ago but they both ignored that comment. Eventually I went back to dentist and my tooth was causing me ear ache. They charged me crap lot of money for ALL OF THE VISITS. I think I shouldnt be paying for the second visit because it was her own fault that she didnt do anything on the first visit. Any ways, I WOULDNT RECOMEND THIS PLACE EVEN THOUGH i WORK FOR THE PROVIDENCE HOSPITAL. All they care is money, and I am going to find another doctor for my self.

Every doctor Ive seen here has been very quick to offer me unhelpful information and advice I didnt ask for rather than ask me questions about my health and what I want. They always seem very rushed. They dont seem to take mental health concerns seriously and are patronizing. Perhaps there are doctors here who are less so, but the three Ive seen at internal medicine were all like this and Im tired of coming here. What makes me the angriest is that, in internal medicine at least, the receptionists give everyone coming in for an appointment a depression screening form to fill out while they wait. Each time Ive come here, no one takes the form from me or talks to me about it once Im in the examination room. You arent intended to write any identifying info on it so its not like they put it in your file or anything. It just seems really unprofessional and stupid that they would have this tool and not utilize it at all. Someone could be struggling with depression and the evidence for it could be right there on that form, but no one would know. I dont think Im going to come back here.

I think these people are hucksters. I dont have health insurance and I called to see how much it would cost for a simple office visit. I just want a prescription for zyban to help me quit smoking. I have taken it before, theres no real medical issues. I already have a prescription in Canada, but they wont fill it here, hence the need for a quick office visit. I called this place and they wouldnt even give me a straight answer about how much an office visit costs. Kept giving a bunch of crap about "it depends on your diagnosis code." This for a simple office visit, simple issue. No test required. Finally she said it was between $250 and $500 depending on the diagnosis code. Well, I am happy to report that I have broken the code. When they say "it depends on the diagnosis code" it really means "it depends on how many ways we can figure out to marginally justify sticking you with an outrageous bill for five minutes with a doctor if your lucky, more likely a nurse practitioner." Dont do business with these people, they obviously dont give a crap about helping people.

Some doctors here are pretty good and then you have doctors like Clarkson that works in the Urgent Care. Not a very good doctor, very codensending. Went in to see a doctor last Wednesday because I caught some type of bug. He isnt very friendly, talks down to you. Come Monday I still was not feeling very well so I stayed home from work and went back to the walk in clinic and he refused to see me. Instead he sent out one of the medical assistants to tell me he would not add another day to my sick note for work. He said that I shouldnt still be sick and he made that determination without seeing me. The medical assistant said he told her that I am not contagious anymore and that I should have wore a mask and self medicated myself and went to work, I wasnt given a chance to explain that I was still feeling dizzy from taking over the counter medications and he made it clear he didnt care. All I can say, If I ever go back there I will refuse to be seen by that condensending person. There are to many good doctors out there to have to deal with that.

I second a previous comment. Beware of Chere McCormick. Ive seen her for a couple of years now and she is very unprofessional and emotionless. If you have any actual medical concerns she will just look at you dumbfounded like she doesnt know how to help, she takes 3-4 days to respond to pharmacy refill requests (if youre lucky), and dont even bother asking her to sign any documents. Her refill requests have taken so long it has a couple times caused my body to go through severe withdrawals of medications which have caused my Spondylitis to flare up for over a week severely leaving me bed ridden. Her staffs response is "well you should call in your refills 2 weeks ahead of time" two weeks???? Please tell me who sits around all month every month doing nothing but calling in refills???? Unfortunately this "doctor" has made it clear she is in the field for the money, not to help people.

I took My Girlfriend here due to an episode she was having with her M.S. so what did they tell us ? We cant help you because you have ins. and we dont take it so you have to go somewhere else. Now I understand them not takin State INS. from another state but telling someone that they cant be helped because its INS. Fraud ? Ok So Where is the fraud, You dont take the INS so I will pay for the visit.... Where is the Fraud ??? No where, They are just lazy incompitant money hungry assholes that need to be shut down. Stay far far away from these people they only want your money (which means INS they can over bill)

I saw Dr. Shon at Providence walk in clinic in Everett on 5/19/16. My appt. was incredibly rushed and he inaccurately diagnosed me as having kidney stones. If he had just taken the few extra moments to get a simple culture sample from the UA collected, he would have seen that I had a kidney infection and written me a script for antibiotics. This would have saved me 6 hours of time at the Emergency room getting a CT scan freaking out thinking I was about to pass kidney stones. I would never see this doctor again.

My wife tried to have some lab work done in the PacLab here and the technician sent her back home because could not find her vein. She had multiple pokes in her arm and still they did not find her vein. This has never happened to us. I tried to complaint but they said they wouldnt take any because thats lab policy. If you decide to have any lab work done here, be aware of the quality of service provided by their technicians. If you still decide to go there, good luck.
