Im so angry I cant even talk right now. I wanted to get a set of nice expensive Silhouette glasses. Had an appointment at 2pm. Was there just about 1:50 and had a preliminary short exam right away. then I had to sit and wait for the Doc. And here its where it got weird. the Doc took every single walk-in before me and let me sit for 30 minutes. I got up and left. Fun part is they didnt even realize that I was gone for another 20 minutes. Then they called me and wanted to reschedule. Can you be any more inconsiderate with someones time? This place is by far the worst place Ive ever been in.

Since my first visit to Visionmax about 5 years ago I fell in love with people and selection. All 4 members of my family are regular customers for prescription glasses, contact lenses and sunglasses. Leo and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and will take their time to listen to your needs and find the best solutions. And the prices are great too! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants quality and top notch service.

Im a first impression type of person and when I walked in for the first time I was greeted by a friendly attentive staff and quickly made an appointment. Upon my next visit for my eye exam it was a smooth easy process no wait time and the optometrist was extremely nice and knew exactly what type of contacts Id need. Im a very satisfied customer.

They are as friendly , on time, and welcoming as described. I not only received a very accurate prescription, but found the perfect frames for it I was unable to find elsewhere. They also accepted my insurance. I strongly recommend them.

Very happy to have found this place. Optometrist Catherine Han is great. Friendly, accurate, easy to talk to. The man who helps with the glasses is also very nice, relaxed and helpful. Good selection of glasses too.

I know my eyes are in good hands with Dr. Han. And I know Leo takes are of all my glasses. Only problem is the parking sometimes. Its not their fault, they are so good and have so many patients/clients.

Love the team and staff. Setup appointment last minute to have eyes checked. I had an eye infection. Took my insurance and payment and I was on my way street purchasing another supply of contacts.

Customer service has an attitude. Bad selection of frames. Customer service isnt good at finding frames that fit you ergonomically. I would avoid this place.
