Another animal hospital that cares about the dollar rather than the pet. We were going their routinely for a couple of our dogs, but one thing that always caught my attention was they had you sign what it was going to cost for your visit before you even see the pet and then after the examination they come in again and want to confirm the amount before they will really treat your pet. The final straw was when our pet came down with cushings disease. We were unfamiliar with the disease and came to find out that it is somewhat common in dogs. I have had dogs my whole life and were caught totally off guard when given the news. But of course after multiple visits, various tests, and thousands of dollars to figure out why our dog was deteriorating so fast. Once they diagnosed our dog with cushings disease and now we at the hundreds of dollars with all the meds they placed him on and telling us that with this program he will be ok. Well!!! Within a two month period he went from a beautiful, healthy dog to a deteriorated and weak dog and past within 2 months of their care. Dr. May is the most pathetic vet we have ever come across with acting as if she cares, but doing her job is another story. It was so bad that they never even called to check up on his status and we still get their pathetic postcards about setting up an appointment to bring in our passing pet. Caring is sharing so stay away from this one!!!!

The male doctor dr. Waigan or Wagner I believe gave my pet a steroid injection after I specifically told him that my pet had already taken a similar prescribed medication less that 2 hours prior. 15 minutes later after arriving to my house my pet has a seizure and dies. I would advise everyone to only see the female doctor. She is much more sensitive and kind and does not rush her face to face time with you. She tells you what she thinks will happen and procedure. I highly believe she would have taken a different approach or at least talked to me about what she was going to do and risk factors. I received NONE of those things from this doctor!

My experience was absolutely amazing, from the time I first went in that door to (sadly) the last time when my dog went to doggy heaven! These people are truly, truly compassionate, passionate about what they do and will work with you any way they can. They went above and beyond what I ever thought they would or could do. Dr. May is amazing. Susana, Maggie, Gabriel and everyone involved, THANK YOU so much for making our experience as good as it could have been under the circumstances, I know Max appreciated you as well !!!!!!

Terra Vista Animal Hospital is a great facility! Resonable prices, excellent service and wonderful care from Dr Weigand, et al. The front office staff is friendly and caring and always call to check up on your pets after surgery or other non-routine visits. They will even call you to remind you of your appointments. We recently had our first puppy experience and all the girls were sympathetic about the first seleepless nights, and always had words of encouragement for the trials of new puppy care!

I absolutely LOVE this place. I recently moved into a new house and this sick kitten was waiting at our door step. We decided to keep it but knew it needed to go to the doctors because it looked miserable. Terra Vista was able to get me in right away on a Saturday even though they were booked. I am SO thankful that they were able to see my kitten. They have been nothing but wonderful and Im so glad that I found the perfect place to bring my animals to! I highly recommend this place to anyone!

They really care for your pet. Pet lovers understand the importance of that statement. Even sent a beautiful card signed by the whole staff after I had to put my baby boy Beethoven down. Iwish I would have brought him there years ago instead of vca. Dr. May and the other woman vet, forgive me for not knowing her name, were sympathetic, understanding and helpful above and beyond in our time of need.

Took my English bulldog there and was told she has a superior puncture wound that may require surgery. Turned out to be a cyst. Severely misdiagnosed. Unforgivable and acceptable.
