love everyone at Pacific Smiles, they always make you feel so welcomed and at ease. The whole staff is stellar- and Jill is the sweetest, most caring hygienist I have ever had. It was important for me to find somewhere I enjoyed going and loved seeing the people, because the dentist isnt always top of the list of places to spend your time! I originally came to Dr. Kim for a second opinion on some major work that my regular dentist said I needed, and Dr. Kim was honest and upfront and I really appreciated that. I should say as well- Dr. Kim is the best in the west with fillings, short, sweet, and absolutely painless! My boyfriend and I truly enjoy each visit, and have recommended many friends and colleagues over the years!

Dr Kim and his staff do everything right. He explains what he needs to do, does it quickly and I had absolutely no pain, I barely felt the Novocain injections, barely! His staff is friendly and skilled and they do everything possible to help you feel at ease, like offer you good headphones and even a blanket to keep you warm and relaxed. They even help you in deciphering your dental insurance, figuring out what your optimal schedule would be for getting the work done. This is an excellent group to deal with.

Top-notch dental practice. Dr. Kim does a great job and he really takes the time to understand his patients individual needs. The staff, however, is where Pacific Smiles really shines. Caitlin at the front desk has gone above and beyond to help me navigate some tricky insurance situations. And my hygienist Jill is simply the best there is. Jill has the absolute warmest personality, she does a great job cleaning, and she knows her stuff - time flies when Im in the chair with her. A fantastic dental office!

Easily the best dental experience I’ve had. The staff is super friendly and completely professional. But Ill be honest, when it comes to my teeth, friendliness is always secondary to quality of work. Good thing the work here is thorough--second to none. Dr Kim (and his staff) puts in the time and energy to do the job right and explain everything. I’m beyond satisfied with my procedures, and the friendliness was icing on the cake. Highly recommended.
