If I could do no stars I would. Dr. David Bolivar is/ was my dads Dr. My dad first made an appointment for feeling sick with a fever, chills, and feeling weak. They gave him some meds and sent him on his way. Dad was still feeling sick so I urged him to see Dr again. They couldnt see him till the end of the month. That night I took dad to Parkview emergency room. They did an xray he had swollen lung. Gave him meds and done. Those meds didnt help called Dr Bolivar again and made appointment. Dad couldnt wait the week and took him to urgent care where nothing was done. Finally we saw Dr Bolivar and he just said there was nothing else he could do for him. Said he took too many antibiotics to wait 10 for it to work. Said might be TB T.V. and would do the arm test and wait till Tuesday (they were closed Monday for Labor Day) for the results. I urged Dr to try something else for my dad was getting worse. They sent us for chest stay with normal urgency. I called to get a rush before they closed and no one did anything. Desperate I took my dad back to emergency room after the appointment Friday and there they found he had severe pneumonia. I knew something was really wrong. Dad wasnt eating, lost 12lbs in 3 weeks, very weak, and fevers. I was so upset thinking that the Dr wanted us to wait until Tuesday for any results. The worst Dr we have dealt with and I would not recommend to anyone. Reception is cold and short with answering questions, puts you on hold for no reason, had to call back to get an answer. Ridiculous.

Every time I have been here, I am still in the waiting room an hour to 2 hours after my so called "scheduled appointment". I have never seen the same doctor or physician here, always someone different and ruder than the last. This time I saw the male physician assistant and he told me that Church/spirituality was part of my medicine for my lab results. He also made it seem like a burden when I had to keep urging him to go OVER my lab results. I had a few deficiencies he would have not told me about had I not urged him to read my FULL RESULTS. I have also had a medical issue with menstruating for 3 months at a time, and he said it was normal! HE IS THE FIRST DOCTOR/ASSISTANT TO WRITE MY CONCERNS OFF. I wish Dr. Michele Martinez would come back or they would at least have me see the same doctor I saw last time who was aware of my issues and surrounding complications. DO NOT GO HERE. ITS HARD ENOUGH BEING AN EXISTING PATIENT.

Absolute garbage. Dr said he would refer me to a specialist and they would call me in two weeks or so. Weeks later, I call for an update and they answer and say the referral person would call me. Almost a month later and no word from them. Dont waste your time.
