They "lost" my moms prescription and did not tell her in the beggining that they cannot use her existing frames.2 weeks later when my mom called to see if her glasses are ready they told her to come pick them up and thats when they said they cannot use the frames and it will take another 2 weeks to get glasses. They never called my mom and they looked like they were in outer space looking for her glasses that they never sent out .This place should really be out of business and if anybody goes here they should do this at their own risk. Beware!

Terrible place was given one price at first and then after the examination I had to pay a lot more. Then they said Id recieve my glasses within a week and took so so much longer they found every excuse to delay delivering them never will I ever go back to them absolutely horrible !! Go at your own risk !
