These guys dont even deserve one star.. I wish I had read these reviews before I scheduled an appt with these guys a couple years ago. dirty office, unbelievably long wait times. Dentist immediately told me I had a cracked tooth.. novacaine ran out while he was fixing it so he shot me up with so much my palette was numb for hours and hours. the only reason Im writing this now is because on top of everything else Ive said and the other reviewer have said being true NOW I have to hassle them to get my xrays sent over to my new dentist. Im on hold with them for the past 20 minutes and I know theyre not gonna have my xrays and I wouldnt be surprised if they kept me on hold. Like another reviewer said AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. ps. they cut me off. I have to call the suckers again.

Patty is fabulous friendly and always so kind. You are very lucky to have such great management. Staff Up front are very curtious! My daughter said they treat her with respect. She been under both doctors care General and orthodontist for two years. They are doing amazing work on her mouth. She had a over jet and now wow what progress cant wait till see the finish product soon. Her confidence is back ! Good job dental family well you be to us

I really feel good in this office. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, and I feel well taken care of. I moved up from Fairfax (Marin County) a couple years ago. Bright Now was the dental office someone recommended, and boy am I grateful to have found such an excellent one. Dr. Machado is wonderful. He goes the extra mile to do the best job possible. Before Dr. Machado I didnt go to the dentist, because of a very bad experience. I have been a patient of Dr. Machados for over a year now. I no longer fear going to the dentist! The staff In the Rohnert Park office are all friendly and professional. I have recommended Bright Now to all of my friends. As far as Im concerned, they are the best!!

If I could give 10 stars I would! The dentist and staff at this office are all amazing! I have had the best experience here start to finish. Everyone is so friendly and goes out of the way to make you feel comfortable and informed. Going to the dentist especially in pain can be very unpleasant but they make it so much better! Thank you!!

I have had good experiences with them, I have had many procedures including a treatment for my receding gums which I no other dentist even told me about. Thier prices are reasonable and they have finance options as well. I dont have any insurance so that means a lot.

Called three times and was asked to leave a message and no one ever called back within a two week period. Sat on hold for almost 10 minutes, then it took over twenty minutes to make an appointment for just a cleaning for an existing patient!

Nice, friendly staff. Always feel very comfortable with the Dentist and Orthodontist, and the assistants. Have good availability, and never have to wait to long in the lobby or in the dentist chair!!

No full time doc, so you gotta schedule months in advance, not as cheap as western dental, and they keep changing appointment times and dates on me... Worst ever.
