I have been going to this office for 8-9 years now, which I was referred to them by my wife who is also a dental hygienist. She was referred to them from our neighbor who had been going there for 15 years prior to her. I really liked the doctor who owned the practice prior to Dr Gates, we both were car guys and liked to shoot the breeze when there. I was a little unsure when the previous doctor retired and Dr Gates purchased the practice. Hearing all the "not nice dentist stories" from my wife who worked at several offices over the years. I have tell you that I have never received such a complete oral exam in my life. Even the previous dentist I saw at a different office 10 years ago, who served on a hospital board, didnt even come close. Or the previous owner of this office - sorry maybe we shouldnt have talked so much about cars and did more for my oral health. Dr Gates is very professional and nice and informative. Thankfully there were no issues found with her complete exam. When you first walk in the door you will be greeted by the biggest smile in the world from the wonderful office manager Nahid. What a pleasant person to greet you as you walk in. My hygienist is Linda, and she is a hoot to have clean my teeth. She even gave me pooh bear the stuffed animal to hold because I jokenly said I was scared on my first visit with her being a new patient years ago. My wife has seen both Linda and Imelda for cleanings, and they have been at this office for many years. That says something about an office with no hygienist turnover. The assistant Kim is very kind as well and assisted with 2 crowns for me over the years. All seem to get along exceptionally well and always kind to everyone I see them in contact with. I highly suggest you quit researching other dental offices and get an appointment set up to see them. I drive 25 minutes from Oregon City to see them, and you will be happy you called them. You are not a number, youre an important individual with individual needs to them. For a cash paying client, I want the best I can get, even if I have to pay more- which on that part the prices are reasonable(My wife knows what other office charge and they are not unreasonable). No, I was not paid to write this, nor do they know I was going too, or asked too. Real review here my internet viewing fellow folks!!!

I love going to Gates Family Dentistry. Have had my teeth cleaned there for years and am truly enjoying Denise Gates. She gave me the most thorough dental exam I have ever had, really looked at my tongue, neck, etc. and spotted a need to see the dermatologist (which I had already made an appointment to do!) This is a caring and pleasant place to do business. It makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience as everyone there is so friendly and helpful.

Wonderful office! After looking for a new dentist once we moved to Wilsonville, I found Gates Family Dental. Dr. Gates and her hygienist, Linda, were thorough and so knowledgeable. Everything about the appointment was seamless. The office was clean and pleasant. Nahid is the front office coordinator and made sure everything was taken care of for a great patient experience. An all around GREAT experience.

We are new to the area but we have found our dental team! Nice little practice in Wilsonville thats very easy to get to. You can easily tell that Dr. Gates not only cares for each and every patient but she knows her stuff. I would recommend this to anyone. My wife and three kids (soon to be four) will all be going here now. Imelda did my cleaning - she is very thorough and very nice. TWO THUMBS UP!
