We went to Dr Kim and he found thousands of dollars worth of work needing done. This included removing a $5000 bridge that I had done at another dentist office less than 4 yrs earlier.. The Dr tries to go to fast from one client to the other, even telling the Hygienist to numb me up. Well, after experiencing the WORST dental shots I have ever had, she had numbed the wrong area and he had to do it all over again. While injecting me I was trying to tell her she was killing me, she actually yelled at me! Unfortunately, I had recommended this clinic to a few other friends. All of us will not go back. Dr Kim worked on teeth that I had never had any problems with and I have had nothing but trouble with them since. He also pulled both my husbands and Is bottom back teeth to do partials. After this he has canceled every appointment we have made to try to finish the work. I told them I didnt want to go over the insurance coverage and I paid my co-pay every time when all of a sudden I owed them over $3000 in the end. Much more than the original quote even. I asked them how I could owe this when I paid the co-pay every visit and wow did I get the run around, in the end I was told I could make payments but if I miss one payment I would be sent right to collections. I advise a second opinion and to watch your bill very carefully of you choose this clinic.

Bad experience over all from the first phone call where I talked to someone for awhile then they urgently had something to do & said they would call me back but never did...got told I had bad periodontal issues (gum disease) & would need extra cleanings to fix the "problem." I am still in my twenties & have gone in for cleanings very regular my whole life, I brush & floss very regular I DO NOT have issues with my gums. Also got diagnosed with several cavities that when I switch offices they only found 2. The office is very nice and state of the art I will give them a thumbs up for that

Dr.Kim and his staff are very kind and cater to all your needs. Coming into a denist office after not being in one since you were a kid and being extremly nervouse makes it very hard to relax, but Dr.Kim and his staff made me feel more comfortable and relaxed. By far the most proffesional office i have ever been to and now i refer everyone to them! As to the other reviews about the office manager i dont see how anyone could call her rude. She was the nicest and most helpful office manager i have met and i have been to many offices with rude staff. Dr.Kim and his staff are the best!!

The hygentist told me that I had really bad gums and sold me on getting a "deep cleaning," versus a regular cleaning...NO DIFFERENCE except for price. Instead of paying $220, I was charged $655!!! Then Dr, Kim wanted to do 2 crowns, which was going to cost $2000 plus dollars...so I got a second opinion that same day and did not have bad gums that required deep cleaning and crowns were unnecessary....I feel taken advantage of...they are nice, but not ethical in my view.

Dr. Kim Is a very kind and enthusiastic dentist. When my 10 year old daughter lost her cap from her front tooth he was very kind and took us in and replaced her cap :)) Now i have medical insurance and i will DEFINATELY take me and my 2 kids to him. If he will do it as a charity case when we had no money, he is sure to do an excellent job on us now that we have insurance...THANK YOU SO MUCH TO DR.KIM AND HIS STAFF I look forward to seeing you real soon.

I love going to the dentist now. I used to be terrified to go to the dentist because of the pain I went through as a kid. My first "shot" experience at Dr. Kims was AMAZING. There was a foot massage therapist working on my feet and used pressure points on the bottom of my feet and I did not feel ANY prick of the needle whatsoever! I will never go to another dentist after Dr. Kim! Thanks!

My mother went to Dr. Kim and had the experience of her life. she has a very scary experience as a child and now since she was seen by dr. Kim she is the happiest I have ever seen her after a dental appointment. so I just want to say Thank you Dr. Kim for helping my mom . I hope when and if it is time to go again she will find you... Thank you so much for a relaxing kind experience. For a person with anxiety disorder this was the kindest most caring dentist office i have ever been to. I went yesterday the 16th and see the reviews below and dont understand that persons experience, they did everything to make sure i was as comfortable as possible and very thorough about my choices.

Dr. Kim and his staff are the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in a dental office. I have had a lot of fears and issues with my teeth but they are so professional and friendly there. They really helped me feel welcome and comfortable.
