Just got home from my very first visit to Smiles Dental- Lacey, and couldnt wait to write a GREAT review about my experience! Im very self-conscious about the poor condition of my teeth, and always dread going to the dentist. I can honestly say this is THE BEST experience Ive ever had going to the dentist! The staff is VERY friendly. They patiently listened to my concerns and fears, and they made me feel very at ease. We came up with a great plan to fix my smile (without feeling shame/ embarrassment), and set some goals to do the repair work; even had some good ideas to work around my tight budget constraints. Hurrah! The environment is homey. I didnt wait long in the waiting room. Appointment times and dates were very convenient! I would recommend Smiles Dental to everyone!

Im gonna have to go with 5 stars for these people. This was my first dentist appointment, as in literally the first one of my life. The individuals at this dental office are some of the most classy, respectable professionals Ive met. They exceeded expectations and I very much felt that I got my moneys worth. No one held back honest, useful advice, and it was an absolutely beautiful office as well. Great experience. I am confident that I picked just the right place for my first dental visit in 29 years. Dr. Nordeen was so helpful to me when I chipped my tooth while traveling on business. Her staff was pleasant and accommodating during my dental emergency. Dr. Nordeen was compassionate and skilled. She fixed my tooth so quickly, painlessly and perfectly you cant even tell it happened. She saved me from the embarrassment of having a broken tooth in a business meeting. Im very thankful.

I LOVE this office! The staff are kind and energetic. Dr. Nordeen is professional and so gentle. Its the first time in my life where I feel completely at ease at the dentists office and look forward to coming back for a cleaning. Everyone seems to be having fun and theres a ton of laughter making it feel less stressful and scary.
