I absolutly cannot stand this place. The office staff are so freakin incompetent they shouldnt have a job! They set the phone on low and then ignore it when it rings I have sat in the waiting area witnessing this happen.It doesnt matter if you have an appointment or not you will WAIT for an hour or more. Yes Mia was fine once you get to her but once your out the door and have to depend on the staff to get refills faxed or see a specialist thats when it all goes to Hell! My father waited to over 4 weeks to see his cancer doctors due to the staff not making the right referrals. I have also waited 3 weeks for the refill on his diabetes medication to get faxed to the pharmacy. Do you know how frustrating it is to call every day and get the same run around time after time? I realize these patients have Medical or cash but do they have to be treated like its a hasle to be seen. Dont the people who work there know that with out those patients they would be out of work? Having medical insurance that you pay for certainly has alot of benifits. If you have a choice DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!

This place is absolutely WORTHLESS! I used to go here only because I loved my daughters pediatrician, Okoswa, and one nurse that has been so sweet but I never caught her name. But then, one day I came to a regular check-up appointment and all of the sudden Okoswa wasnt there anymore and my daughter had a new pediatrician. I got no kind of notification, which I found unacceptable. The wait time is just horrendous, an hour at least. And the staff there is so unorganized and lazy Im surprised they havent been put out of business. My daughter has a diaper rash that hasnt gone away and I called in to see if I could bring her in as a walk in and they said no, the next appointment is in November. When Okoswa was there she assured me that they did walk-ins for babies and small children. So, I changed PCP for my daughter today. If you were thinking about going here for health care DONT!!

WARNING! This place is to be avoided at all costs. Impossibly incompetent front office staff, totally uncaring doctors. Walked in to find a patient in a screaming rage at them for screwing up her situation, only to discover that they would not see me, even after setting up my emergency injury visit twenty minutes earlier by phone. Thyt totaly stonewalled the entire thing and the doctor personally refused to see me without making an appointment for the following week. Meanwhile Im bleeding. If it gets any worse than this, I dont want to know about it.

WARNING! INCOMPETENCE RUNS THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! My roommate has a 5 year-old, who unfortunately has been sick on & off for a month and a half. When the parents took her to this clinic, multiple times, the "Doctors" somewhat look her over & send her home without any antibiotics, whatsoever. Every time. The front desk isnt any better. They put people on hold, and forget about them. My roommate had to call back a few times, just to talk to a lady with little understanding about how they run things. Id give zero stars if possible!!!

A Good Person

My personal wait time during the past 5 years has averaged out to 40 minutes wait at each pre-scheduled appointment.. I go at least once a month. Some days are faster, and a few are longer. That is just to get out of the lobby and into pre-exam, then another 20-30 minutes for doctor to see me.. We get quality treatment in the end and thats the most important thing. The people we come into contact with show that they care too. Its a busy clinic and if you are pressed for time, maybe call ahead and find out if they are running late.

The staff are very very slow and they dont care about time. If you have appointment or walkin you have to wait time min 2 hours to see the Dr. (even if the centre is empty and the Patient is kid 5 years old).You can get feeling they dont want to work and trying to push you to move to other centre. You will see some of them are very rude with you ( no body taught them that thier position is to serve people to get paid not to be rude to them) The Dr. Are very good and frindly that is why you forgive everything when you leave.

Mia has been the best doctor that my dad has had in a long time. She is amazing and I dont say that about doctors often. Mia cares, a lot. Though the nursing staff is sometimes incompetent or forgetful Mia is worth the effort. She is super busy though so a wait time should be expected.

Mia is the best..... Sometimes u have to wait a while, front desk staff is alright mostly forgetfull but cathy and mia are totally worth it ;) best doctor ever!!!
