Avoid if at all possible! I had been seen on Thursday and the PA was very judgmental. She told me she knew I had diabetes, so I get the blood work done, and not even close to having a bad glucose serum result. Turns out it was a thyroid issue and I was told to come in during walk-ins on Saturday. I get there at 8:10 and they have me fill out a walk in form. Then 30 minutes later they tell me the best they can do for me is make an appointment for next week. I ask why they dont have any walk in availability and apparently they only take the first 5 people. If I could give no stars I would. Im changing my PCP because this place is nothing but a bad joke. The PA also called my emergency contact regarding my test results. Im sure it was an accident but if shes that incapable of reading off of a page I guess I should have known to just avoid, avoid, AVOID!!!

When you call to make an appointment they tell you to get there 15 minutes before your appointment.. exactly what i did.. actually my appointment was at 2:50 check in at 2:30 and the doctor didnt see my child 3:53 and we were still waiting so i just wonder what was the point to check in 15 minutes earlier if they were still going to take an hour or more to see my child.. i mean its definitely worth loosing hours at work for my child so he can get better but have to wait all this time doesnt make any sense.. not the first time it happens actually it happens everytime i come.. so i just walked out its ridiculous how long they take.. so i guesa its better waiting at the emergency room.. really upset..

The people are very nice , the problem is they dont care about your time. My last visit I sat waiting for 2 hours and had it , said Im leaving , they say well let me check, They never told the people in the back I was there ! 2 full hours I was sitting there. Now today I have a 12:00 and after 1 hour I said Im leaving , they said no no and put me in a room and a lady dentist comes in shoots me up with novocaine and spends the next 40 mins in the next room talking and laughing about everything but dentistry. Doing that in front of me was very rude and shows there lack of respect they have for there patients . But the girls in the front were nice and polite Steve Johnson

I was very disappointed with the clinic for a few reasons. First is the lack of doctors on the staff at the times I have taken my daughter. Seems to me they may have one or two on duty and 10 MAs. So every time we are quickly shoved into a waiting room and sit for hours. This last time we got through a movie and a half on my iphone before a doctor showed up. They really need some LVNs and RNs on staff so that they can figure out whats wrong with you and run it by the doctor instead of the doctors being stretched thin with 10 full waiting rooms. Not a very efficient way to run an office. We are switching doctors to another clinic hopefully it works out better

They not only dont care about your time. There is always at least an hour wait for set appointments. I had deep cleaning done and the same day I had a filling fall off. Called them the same day and they recommended I come over the next day at 8:15 AM. So I did come as an "emergency" the next day and waited for 2 hours, I was in pain and asked them how long do I still have to wait. The woman at the front desk responded (while chewing gum) maybe another 2 hours. Needless to say I left that place in pain and mad. Apparently they just don care about their patients.

Worst Place Ever! After scheduling an appointment 4 months in advance because "they didnt have any other openings", I had 2 hours of waiting to then be seen by the dentist for 5 min tops. His conclusion was I needed a cleanup. Wasnt that the reason I scheduled the appointment 6 months after my previous cleanup? - To get a cleanup! And now they can schedule an appointment the next day after I complain? FU! Hillcrest Dental Center! FU! You wont be seeing me or my teeth any time soon!

1st appointment could have been disappointing but with just a little patience and a common understanding that the people here are trying to give us the best care possible. The doctor I was suppose to see decided to take a week vacation, Im positive a well deserved one. The PA made up for it by taking time to listen to my needs. I do have to go back for another appointment but what the heck. My health is worth it. I would highly recommend this place.

If there were zero stars or negative this place would get it!! Long wait (even WITH an appointment). Doctor has only 15 min. or less with client (she told me this). Not to mention when requesting test results to be sent to you there is a run around and are lucky if you get them. When leaving messages on voice mail the annunciation of whos box it is is horrible (take pride in who you are and say your name CLEARLY so others can understand you).

I needed some vaccinations for a trip to South America. I asked at the from desk what it would cost and was told less that one hundred dollars. When my bill came it was for over five hundred dollars. We ended up settling on two hundred but I didnt even end up with my vaccinations completed. If you are paying for any medical care out of pocket I would suggest you get prices in writing.

People are very friendly and professional. I like what they are doing there. I might drop a star for the wait (so PLAN MORE TIME THAN USUAL and come early) but they are doing good to the community so Im keeping the stars up!

The HIGH 5 stars arent from real customers.. as my experience to this place, unorganized, everyone always late, appointments never set on the right schedule. I get the same comment from every person who comes here.

I always need to wait at least one hour to see a doctor. They dont have enough seats for their patients. Its always over crowded.

You will wait hours to be seen for 10 minutes by a dentist. Worst run clinic that I have ever been to.
