Called the dentist to have emergency treatment done. The specialist said they would see me so I drove the 30 miles to the office. After obtaining my insurance information they brought back to a chair where I waited in extreme pain for over an hour. When the specialist came into my room she explained that she was over booked and could not treat me! Next thing I know the dentist comes in and began drilling on my tooth. He then shot a bunch of chlorine into my mouth which went down my throat and caused me to be ill for 3 days after. The dentist assured me I would not receive a bill and that he a courtesy to me. THANK YOU FOR THE CHLORINE POISONING! One year later I received a bill that they claimed was 90 days past due and it was the first bill I had ever seen. No work was described, only a balance forward. When I contacted the office the clerk said they had billed my insurance and had been sending me bills once a month for a year. I contacted my insurance and there was no claim ever submitted by that office. This office lied directly to me, once to get me into the office (but the specialist couldnt see me), once to get me out of the office (dentist said he wouldnt bill me), and finally again a year later for the bill. I would not recommend this dentist to an enemy, let alone a friend!

These people are the most unprofessional and racist people on this earth I scheduled appointment last month on March 1 my appointment was for March 15 they can even give me a courtesy call to tell me that mys my point it was being rescheduled until May 1 and I just called back today to confirm my appointment for May 1 and they told me that theyre knocking to be able to see me until the end of May and I asked why why didnt you give me a courtesy call letting me know that the appointment has been changed and she said no we dont have to do that you could call us I believe that is just only racism because they know Im white and not Mexican youre not trying to see me and I told her that and she said why dont you go see a white dentist then why are you trying to be seen by Mexican doctor because we dont want your white ass here these people should be out of business they should even conduct business here its so unprofessional and racist that Im so mad at what just happened I cant even believe it Im thinking that these people are professionals and these people to go ahead and tell me that dont go here go somewhere else

Worst dentist experience I have ever had. I was supposed to get my wisdom teeth removed and the dentist was hammering away at my teeth when half way through the procedure he realizes that he is using the wrong equipment and he tells me I couldve died if he had continued the process. So I wait weeks in agonizing pain for them to make a new appointment and they never called me back to set up that appointment with the new equipment. This office only cares about profit and has no concern for the patients. I called back and they told me that dentist had left and that they could no longer help me even though I believe I saw the receipts where she had already charged my insurance for the services. I do not recommend this dentist office they only want your money and are extremely unsafe and unprofessional. I wish I could give zero stars.

I didnt have a problem with them at all in fact, a dentist told me that I needed 9 cavities filled and when I went here, they informed me that I only had 4. Definitely ask for Erika if youre getting your teeth cleaned, she is so gentle. Ask for Samantha if youre getting xrays done. Im a new patient, but they were all extremely nice to me even after I had a mild break down because of dentist fear.

Me and my family has been going for long time,always been taken care professioanlly. Excellent service and on time reminder calls for every appointment.Dr Mehta and her staff very honest and gives correct advise. We will continue going to them and recommends to others .
