this is THEE worst dentist office! i have heard so many bad things about this office along with my own personal experience. the reason why i even joined this office in the first place was because my mom has been to their office before...so i figured since i didnt have the number for the office i wanted to attend and i needed to schedule an appointment for a check up that i would just give my insurance company their number..they couldnt be sooo bad right? WRONG! so i go in for my first appt. i take an hour off of work to get there in time..im not seen for an hour and when they put me in the back room they leave me in there for an extra hour! while waiting there staring at their dingy blank white walls i notice bugs crawling on the walls and floor. the office is definitely not up kept. when being seen only x rays were given; no cleaning took place whatsoever! when complaining to my mom about it later she said i was over reacting so i gave them the benefit of the doubt. They inform me that i have multiple cavities and when scheduling an appointment with them they schedule me for 2 months after telling me; as if they are waiting for them to get bad enough so that they can collect more money to do a root canal. just today i contacted my insurance company to switch over to another dentist; after contacting them TODAY i already have an appointment schedule for NEXT WEEK! this office wasnt even going to see me until Oct. the 18th! And if this isnt bad enough for you my mom went in for her appointment this last week and mentioned to me the lady sitting next to her had cleaning done and she still got cavities the size of her tooth and needed bridges placed in her mouth (whatever those are). Also, a lady had came out yelling at the front office after numbing her husbands mouth to take a tooth out and wasnt able to do so..she was yelling "if you couldnt do it then why would you say you could or would in the first place!" The reason for my mom being there was because she had them refill an old filling and she was there to get the other side taken care of also; when she complained that the one side they had already done was bothering her and she wanted to get that fixed before continuing to the other side they told her she had to schedule ANOTHER appointment to get that taken care of! how pathetic! this office is definitely horrible..and if these experiences arent good enough and you are stuck with this office I pray that God Himself helps you!

I am a new client here at Smile Wide. My experience was a good one considering i was in for a root canal. The process was a bit long but the the results were good. Since the change to Smile Wide the staff is very nice and service is very good. I never experienced any bad service or rudeness at this location. Yes, the rooms are a little dated for now. As i am writing this the company is making improvements to this location. So dont judge a book by its cover its the service of the people and the skill of the dentest which brings me back.

RUDE!!! Unprofessional receptionist. Have been going for the past 3yrs. And every single time I go half of my day is waited sitting down in waiting room. Not to mention in the EdNA rooms. After calling us in to the exam room we still waited inside 45min. Just to met us know something we where aware of. And had to schedule another appointment for my kids clean up. Will strongly consider swithcing dentist office.

Right away, my husband and I were put off by this office because everyone was very unfriendly. Once we were back in the rooms, we waited and waited... it took almost two and a half hours for us just to get x-rays and visual exams, no cleaning or procedures. The office was very dirty and dingy. There was a used q-tip on the floor of my room and I spent most of my time staring at it wanting to run out!

THE WORST EXCUSE FOR A DENTIST!!!! i only came here becauseWestern Dental sent me here for some reason. -Hour wait in both the lobby and the room. -Dirty examination rooms/Moldy Cabinets -they told me i had 12 CAVITIES! when i went to other offices they told me i only had 4 -to top it off the dentist had the nerve to be talking on the dusty phone while filling some cavities.

Absolutely worst dentist. The exam rooms are not clean. My wife went to get a crown on one tooth, after going back three times to get the permanent crown put on she was told each time that it didnt fit and that it was the labs fault. She still has a temporary crown and has to miss another day at work to go back. No sympathy from any of the staff, very unprofessional.

They told me my 2 year old needed a baby root canal with No exrays. Our second opinion said no such procedure was needed. They referred us for that root canal for an extra dollar that never came cause we did not fall for it. Boycott!
