Im really glad I found this place (I originally was looking for a particular pair of Gotti frames). The staff is so friendly, helpful and have an excellent policy. The customer service is so inviting, and Dr. Victor Bautista is very thorough in his exams. He is very knowledgable and explains every part of the process, while answering any questions or concerns. I definitely recommend coming here for exams as well as checking out their frames. Though it is a small boutique they are readily available to help you find what you are looking for, and they carry great products! I wish there was an office in Berkeley, but I still feel its worth the commute since the shop itself is quite adorable!

I actually enjoyed get an eye exam at Eyes on Twenty-Fourth Optometry. The office is in a super cute boutique at 24th and Noe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about my eye care benefits, and helped me pick a couple of pairs of super cool glasses. Dr. Bautista is fantastic! Hes super informative and really puts you at ease. The equipment is all very cutting-edge. I highly recommend Eyes on Twenty-Fourth Optometry.

Excellent experience all around. I havent been to an eye Dr. in a very long time, and Im impressed with all of the new technology. Having the option to NOT get dilated was nice. Dr. advised me against getting a single contact lens for my weaker eye, which I found refreshing; they could have made more $$ off of me, but were honest said I didnt need it. Easy parking, nice people, great selection of frames for my reading glasses. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Bautista & his staff are great! Theyre all friendly and extremely knowledgeable -- take time to explain everything & answer questions. Ive recently moved out of Noe Valley but still look forward to coming back to their office -- well worth the drive! Would absolutely recommend Dr. Bautista if youre looking for a good eye doctor.

I found Dr. Bautista very thorough and knowledgeable during my recent yearly eye exam. He gladly answers any questions and his manner is friendly and courteous. The staff also are quite helpful with picking out glasses, dealing w/insurance, etc... I highly recommend this office for your eye care needs.

The doctor and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The doctor was more thorough than any other optometrist I have ever had and he explained everything he was doing and answered every question I had and didnt "talk down" to me. I would recommend them to everyone.
