A dentistry production line at its worst. I was recommended to this office by my mother. I went in with a dental discount plan my employer offered but deemed to be worthless, it would cost more using the plan than accepting their office 50% cash discount. I was told I would be given a deal for X Rays and Teeth Cleaning at $60. The dentist read off codes to his assistant but I was never given a diagnosis treatment which I wanted since I know I need a lot of dental work. The quasi consultation was given in the reception area next to the waiting room by the receptionist. She changed the treatments from bonding to a new crown without any verification. Next appt. was scheduled whom I was I seeing by a "doctor" who I had to question and confirm if she was the actual dentist or assistant. She greeted me "hey whats going on dude". The most unprofessional service I have ever received. She would stop and call out loud for other staff to come and verify her work. She didnt seem confident at all about her work but had the audacity to say that out of everything she found that smoking cannabis is the cause of tooth decay because that is what she learned in her dental school studies. Wow I hate to say it but almost an "air head" Next appointment I received a call from the dental office a day before to ask me what I was going in for because they couldnt find my chart. When I went in to my appointment same thing they didnt know what I was there for. After just seeing how unorganized and unprofessional they are I asked to have my refund. I had to argue with the receptionist Alicia to honor a coupon they advertised in a spanish magazine because she wouldnt listen to my simple question. she eventually realized it was her fault. My mom regrets recommending me here. I will never refer nobody.

this people rip you off they charge me for service that I didnt even get done and i pay cash and they payed me with check there machines are not always working i had to go back like 3 times

Went in to have a tooth pulled, only to find out they didnt pull the entire tooth.
